Drones support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I calibrate the gyroscope on my drone?
Place the drone on a flat, horizontal surface. Depending on the model, move both control sticks to a specific corner (often 45 degrees to the bottom right or left) until the drone's LED lights flash and stabilize, indicating calibration is complete.
-
What is Headless Mode?
Headless Mode allows the drone to move in the direction you push the control stick (forward, backward, left, right) relative to your position, regardless of which way the drone's front is actually pointing.
-
Why is my drone drifting to one side?
Drifting usually indicates the gyroscope needs calibration or the trim settings need adjustment. Use the fine-tuning (trim) buttons on the controller to correct the drift, or perform a horizontal calibration on a flat surface.
-
How do I know when the drone battery is low?
Most drones indicate low battery by flashing their fuselage LED lights slowly. The remote control may also emit a beeping sound. When this happens, land the drone immediately to recharge.
-
Why won't my drone take off?
Ensure the battery is fully charged and the aircraft is unlocked. Check that the propellers are installed correctly on the corresponding motors (often marked A and B or clockwise/counter-clockwise), and verify there is no debris blocking the motors.
