To collapse the shaft, depress the 2nd pushpin from the T-Grip, collapse the segment, then depress the 1st pushpin and engage the holes until it locks into place. Engage stow mode by removing the detent pin, positioning the blade, and re-inserting the pin into the stow mode hole.
The DMOS Universal Mount is designed to work with any long-handled tool or axe featuring a handle diameter between 1 and 2 inches.
First, collapse the shovel into stow mode. Position the shovel teeth facing away from the lid hinge, place the shaft over the clips, and press down until it snaps in securely. Finally, close the mount door and secure the latch with the included linchpin.
