• Why is my new CodeTwo email signature not showing up in Outlook?

  Make sure you are assigned the correct signature. If you do not see the CodeTwo Signatures icon in the ribbon, try resizing your window, restarting your computer, or waiting 15 minutes for the add-in to fully install.

• How do I add my CodeTwo signature to a reply message?

  By default, new signatures only apply to new messages. When composing a reply or forward, click the Code Two Signatures button in the Outlook ribbon and select 'Use this signature'.

• What happens to my CodeTwo signature if I send a message from a shared mailbox?

  Your personal signature is automatically removed. You must click the Code Two Signatures button in the ribbon and manually select the shared mailbox signature.

• How do I update my personal details in my CodeTwo email signature?

  Click the Code Two Signatures button from a new message, select the 'Your personal info is not up to date?' link, and update your information on the resulting web page. Click 'Save & Update' when finished.
