CENTSYS support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I fix the 'lost' state after using the manual release handle?

If the manual release handle is opened, the gate may go into a 'lost' state. To recover, close the manual release handle (re-engage the motor) and run the gate for one full operation. It will move at a slow speed to find the end stops and recalibrate.

  • What is the difference between MyCentsys Pro and MyCentsys Remote?

MyCentsys Pro is designed for installers to configure settings, limits, and speed using a Bluetooth connection. MyCentsys Remote is an app for end-users to operate the gate from their phone when in Bluetooth range.

  • Does the D10 Smart require physical gate stops?

Yes, the D10 and D20 Smart industrial operators require physical stops to be installed in both the open and closed positions for limit setup and safety compliance.

  • How do I align the Origin Sensor and Marker?

Mount the Origin Marker on the rack at least 500mm away from the Origin Sensor. Ensure there is a gap of 10-20mm between the face of the Marker and the front face of the Sensor for proper synchronization.
