You can download the appropriate .bin firmware file from the Bryston downloads page (support.bryston.com/downloads). Attach an Ethernet cable to the BP19, open a browser to www.mybryston.com, select your device, and use the Virtual Remote interface to upload the .bin file from your computer.

How do I connect external amplifiers to Bryston speakers?
Bryston speakers feature multiple sets of binding posts for Single-Amp, Bi-Amp, or Tri-Amp configurations. To Bi-Amp or Tri-Amp your speakers, remove the rear panel module linking the binding posts and run speaker cables directly from your separate amplifiers to the corresponding woofer, midrange, and tweeter posts.

How do I update the firmware on a Bryston BR5 Remote Control?
Connect the BR5 remote to a PC/Mac using a USB cable. Open an Internet browser and navigate to support.bryston.com/remote/#/. Click the Connect button, select the USB Serial COM port, and follow the onscreen prompts to install the new firmware.
