Ash Technologies support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I clean the lens on my Ash Technologies magnifier?
Dirt and finger marks on the screen or lens should be cleaned with the provided lens cleaning cloth. You can also use a soft, dry cloth applying minimal pressure. Avoid detergents, abrasive substances, or solvents.
-
Can I use my Ash Technologies Presto magnifier on a slanted desk?
No, the Presto must be used on a flat, level table and placed at least 10cm (4 inches) back from the edge of the table to prevent the unit from tipping over.
-
How long does the battery last on the Quicklook Zoom?
The battery typically powers the unit for around 3 hours, depending on the backlight brightness. A full recharge takes approximately 4 hours.
-
Why is my Prisma HD camera not focusing properly?
The camera has a limited focus range. Ensure the camera is roughly 25 to 30 cm above the table. If it is too high or too low, it will not be able to focus correctly at high magnifications.
