    Analog Way hardware is generally warranted for three years from the date of purchase on parts and labor. The warranty method is typically 'Return to Base'. Note that broken connectors and failures caused by inappropriate handling or poor ventilation are not covered.

    To access the Web RCS, connect a computer to the unit using an Ethernet cable. Open a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and enter the IP address displayed on the device's front panel (the default is usually 192.168.2.140).

  • Where can I find firmware updates for Analog Way devices?

    You can register your product to be notified of new firmware versions, and you can manage firmware updates directly from the Web RCS interface or front panel using files downloaded from the official Analog Way website.

  • What is the default password for the AW LivePremier Simulator?

    When using the AW LivePremier Simulator, the default password for the Web RCS dashboard is 11:22:33:44:55:66. Be careful not to lose it, as it cannot be reset to default when using the simulator.
