• What is the lifespan of the Carbon filter?

• When does the HEPA filter need replacing?

  The True HEPA filter should typically be replaced every 3 to 5 years of normal use.

• What is the warranty period for Airpura units?

  For private and residential use, Airpura provides a warranty of 5 years on parts and 10 years on labor. Commercial units carry a warranty of 2 years on parts and labor.

• How do I obtain service for my unit?

  All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact the dealer where you purchased the unit to receive an RA number prior to shipment.
