Turn on the headset, then press and hold the ANC button (or designated pairing button) for several seconds until the LEDs flash to indicate pairing mode. Select the headset in your device's Bluetooth settings.
Download the AceZone App for PC or mobile. Connect your headset via USB or Bluetooth, open the app, and follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the firmware update.
Disconnect the dongle, power on the headset, and hold the ANC button to enter pairing mode. Then reconnect the dongle to the PC and hold the dongle button until it enters pairing mode. They should automatically reconnect.
