GENERAL GUIDE

• Press 3 to change from mode to mode. Each mode is explained in detail on the following pages.

FUNCTION

TIMEKEEPING MODE

• To set the digital time
  1. Hold down while in the Timekeeping Mode until the seconds digits start to flash on the digital display. The seconds flash because iney are selected.
  2. Press C- to change the selection in the following sequence.
     • Once you reach the Timskeeping display, you have to hold down C again to display the lashing seconds
  3. While the second’s digits are selected (flashing), press B to reset the seconds Ic ’00”. If you press B while the seconds count is in the range of 30 to 59, it is reset to “00” and 1 is added to the minutes. If the seconds count is in the range of 00 to 29. The minutes count is unchanged.
  4. While any other digis besides seconds) are selected (lashing). Press i to increase the number. Heldang down a changes the current salection at high speed. While the 12/24 hour selung is selected, press & 10 Swelch between the two formats.
  5. After you set the time and format, press & to select the Timekeeping Mode.
     • It you de not operate any button lor a lew minutes while a selection is flashing, the Bashing slops and the watch goes back Ic the Timekeeping Mode automatically.
• To set the analog time
  • When in the any Moda, press A to advance the analog time setting Had down A advances the analog setting at high speed. You can only advance the setting and cannot reverse

DATE MODE

• To set the date
  1. Hold down C while in the Date Mode unt the month digits start to flash on the digital display. The month digits flash because they are selected.
  2. Press C lo to change the selection in the following sequence.
     • Once you reach the Date Mode display, you have to hold down C again to display the lashing monin.
  3. While the month or date digits are selected (flashing), press B to increase the number. While the day of the weeks selected. Pressing B’ advances to the next day. Holding down the B changes the current selection at high speed.
  4. After you set the date, press C-to select the Oate Mode.
     • The watch does not make any allowance for leap years. Be sure to manually set February 29 (when one occurs) for the appropriate date.
     • Ifyou do not operate any button for a lew minutes while a selection is flashing, the lashing stops and the watch goes back to the Timekeeping Mode automatically.

STOPWATCH MODE

The Stopwatct. Mode measures elapsed time and cumulative elapsed time. The range of the stopwalch is 59 minutes. 59.99 secords.

• To measure elapsed time
  1. Press C le start the stopwalch.
  2. Press C lo stop the stopwater:
  3. Hold down until the stopwatch is cleared to ’00:00 00.”
• To measure cumulative elapsed time
  1. Press C te start the stopwatch
  2. Press C to stop the stopwatch
  3. Press again to resume timing from the tire shown on the display. You can repeat steps 2 and 3 as many times as you like
  4. Hold down C. until the stopwatch is cleared to °00.00 o0″.

ALARM MODE

When the Daily Alarm Function is switched on, the alarm sounds for 20 seconds at the preset time each day. Press any button to stop the alarm after t starts to sound When the Hourly Time Signal is switched on, the watch keeps every hour on the hour. Note that the Daily Alarm and the Houry Time Signal operate based on the digital time setting.

It you do not press any button for a few minutes in the Alarm Mode. the watch goes back to the Timekeeping Mode automatically.

• To set the alarm time
  1. Hold down C while in the Alarm Mode uns the hour digits start to flash on the display. The hour digits flash because they are selected
  2. Press C to change the selection in the following sequence.
     • Once you reach the Alarm Made display, you nave 10 hold down C again to display the ashing hour
  3. Press B to increase the selected digits. Holding down & changes the selection at high speed
     • The lorma: (12-hour or 24-hour) of the alarm time matches the farmai you select for digita. mmekeeping.
     • When setting the alarm tree, are you using the 12-hour alarm. lake care of set the time correcily as morning or afternoon.
  4. While the Daily Alarm Houry Tme Signal setting is selected. Press B to change the status in the following sequence:kce.

  5. After you make your alarm sching. Press C to select the Alarm Mude
     • If you do not operate any button for stew minutes while a selection is flashing, the flashing stops, and the watch goes back to the Timekeeping Mode automatically.

To test the alarm

Hold down e in any mode to sound the alarm. Note that pressing & also changes the mouse.

DUAL TIME MODE

The Dual Time tuncon lets you set a second digital tine that operates independently of the curent analog and aigital times This means yeu can keep track oi time in another time zone.

• To set the Dual Time
  1. Hold down C while in the Dual Time Mede until the hour digits start to flash on the display. The hour digits llash because they are selected.
  2. Press C to change the selection in the following sequence
     • Once you reach the Dual Time Mode display, you have to hold down G again to display the lashing hour.
  3. Press B to increase the selected digits. Holding down B changes the selection at high speed while the 12/24-hour setting 15 selected, press & lo swiich between the two formats 1. After you set the lime. press C. 10 select the Dual Time Mode
     • It you do not operate any button for a few minutes while a selection is transiting. The lashing stops, and the watch goes back 1o. The Timekeeping Mode automatically
