INSTALLATION STEPS
INSTALLATION OF ADBLUE EMULATOR FOR FORD 1846 EURO 5
Firstly, the fault detection socket will be as seen. The table below will help you better.
PIN NO CABLE TYPE
- A GND (Chassis) Black Cable
- B + POWER (+24 or + 12) Red Cable
- C White Cable
- D Brown Cable
As seen above, we remove the fuses from the 12th and 16th Sockets in the car fuse box. We leave the sockets empty.
Then, the connection between the emulator and the vehicle will be provided with the help of the table below.

After the connection, we start the vehicle. Adblue level will be full when the vehicle starts.
NOTE: If the Adblue level flashes (if there is an error) when the connection is made and started, let’s try again by connecting the White cable in the CAN line to the Brown-blue one and the Brown cable to the Brown-green one.

Q: What should I do if the Adblue level flashes with an error after installation?
A: In case of an error, reconnect the White cable in the CAN line to the Brown-blue cable and the Brown cable to the Brown-green cable.
