Configuració

2. Col·locació: Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface, away from the edge of the counter and out of reach of children. Ensure there is sufficient space around the kettle for steam to escape.
3. Neteja de primer ús: Before using for the first time, fill the kettle with fresh water up to the maximum fill line. Boil the water (100°C) and then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Omplir la tetera: Open the hinged lid and fill the kettle with fresh water. Do not fill below the minimum (MIN) mark or above the maximum (MAX) mark (1.7 liters). Close the lid securely.
2. Placing on Power Base: Place the kettle firmly onto the power base. Ensure it is properly seated.
3. Powering On and Temperature Selection:
   

   

   • Premeu el botó d'engegada (An/Aus on the display image) to turn on the kettle. The digital display will illuminate.
   • Manual Temperature Selection: Feu servir els botons d'ajust de temperatura (Temperatur einstellung on the display image, represented by '+' and '-' symbols) to select your desired temperature between 40°C and 100°C in 5°C increments. The current temperature will be displayed prominently.
   • Pre-programmed Tea Varieties: The display offers 4 pre-programmed temperature settings optimized for different types of tea (e.g., green tea, black tea, herbal tea). Touch the corresponding icon to select.
   • Once the desired temperature is set, the kettle will begin heating the water. The display will show the water's current temperature as it heats.

Manteniment

3. Descalcificació: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Descale your kettle regularly (e.g., monthly or every two months) to maintain efficiency.
   
   • Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a citric acid solution (follow product instructions).
   • Boil the solution and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy scale.
   • Discard the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water several times to remove any residue and odor.
