4. Instruccions de funcionament
The Level Lock+ offers multiple ways to lock and unlock your door:
4.1. Apple Home Keys
Utilize Apple Home Keys for convenient unlocking with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Ensure your device is updated to the latest iOS/watchOS version and Home Keys are enabled in the Wallet app.
- Express Mode: Simply tap your iPhone or Apple Watch near the lock to unlock. No need to wake your device or open an app.
- Mode estàndard: Authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone, then tap the lock.
4.2. Level Home App
Use the Level Home app on your smartphone to remotely lock or unlock your door, manage access for guests, and view activity history. A Level Connect hub (sold separately) or a compatible HomeKit hub (e.g., Apple HomePod, Apple TV) is required for remote access.
4.3. Physical Key
The Level Lock+ retains the ability to be locked and unlocked with a traditional physical key, providing a reliable backup option.
4.4. Auto-Lock and Auto-Unlock
Configure auto-lock and auto-unlock features through the Level Home app or Apple Home app. Auto-lock will secure your door after a set period, while auto-unlock can detect your arrival and unlock the door automatically.
5. Manteniment

The Level Lock+ uses one CR2 battery (included). Battery life can vary based on usage, but typically lasts several months. The Level Home app will notify you when the battery level is low. To replace the battery:

If you encounter issues with your Level Lock+, refer to the common troubleshooting tips below:
- El pany no respon: Check the battery level in the Level Home app. Replace the battery if low. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and you are within range.
- Apple Home Keys not working: Verify that Home Keys are enabled in your Wallet app and your device is updated. Ensure NFC is active on your device.
- Remote access issues: Confirm your Level Connect hub or HomeKit hub is online and properly configured. Check your home Wi-Fi connection.
- Deadbolt not extending/retracting smoothly: Ensure the door frame strike plate is properly aligned with the deadbolt. Lubricate the deadbolt mechanism if necessary.
- Bloqueig: If the lock enters a lockout state due to multiple failed attempts, it will automatically lock for a set period (e.g., 30 minutes). During this time, it can only be unlocked by physical key, Bluetooth, and remote.
