2. Instruccions de seguretat importants
Quan utilitzeu un aparell elèctric, sempre s'han de seguir les precaucions bàsiques de seguretat, com ara les següents:
- Llegiu totes les instruccions abans d’utilitzar aquesta màquina de cosir.
- Mantingueu els dits allunyats de totes les parts en moviment. Es requereix una cura especial al voltant de l’agulla de la màquina de cosir.
- Always use the correct needle plate. The wrong plate can cause the needle to break.
- No estireu ni empenyeu la tela mentre cosiu. Això pot desviar l'agulla i fer que es trenqui.
- Apagueu la màquina de cosir quan feu qualsevol ajust a la zona de l'agulla, com ara enfilar l'agulla, canviar l'agulla, enfilar la bobina o canviar el peu premsatelas.
- Desendolleu sempre la màquina de cosir de la presa de corrent quan traieu les cobertes, lubriqueu o quan feu qualsevol altre ajust de servei de l'usuari esmentat al manual d'instruccions.

3. Configuració i primer ús
3.1 Desembalatge i accessoris inclosos
Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for storage or future transport. Verify that all accessories are present.

3.2 Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the machine is switched off before connecting to power.
3.3 Enfilar la màquina
Proper threading is crucial for good stitch quality. Follow these steps carefully:
- Enrotllament de la bobina: Place an empty bobbin onto the bobbin winder spindle. Guide the thread from the spool pin through the tension disc and around the bobbin several times. Push the spindle to the right and start the machine. Stop when the bobbin is full.
- Inserció de la bobina: Open the bobbin cover. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction (usually counter-clockwise). Pull the thread through the tension spring and out through the slot.
- Threading the Upper Thread:
- Col·loqueu el carret de fil al portacarrets.
- Guieu el fil a través del guiafils superior.
- Pull the thread down through the right channel.
- Guide it up through the left channel and into the take-up lever.
- Pull the thread down through the remaining guides to the needle.

3.4 Instal·lació de l'agulla i del peu premsatelas
- Agulla: Afluixeu l'agulla clamp screw. Insert the new needle with the flat side facing the back, pushing it up as far as it will go. Tighten the screw securely.
- Peu premsador: Raise the presser foot lifter. Attach the desired presser foot by aligning it with the presser foot holder and lowering the lifter until it snaps into place.
4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Basic Stitching
After threading, place your fabric under the presser foot. Lower the presser foot. Select your desired stitch pattern and length using the dials. Gently press the foot pedal to start sewing. Guide the fabric smoothly without forcing it.
4.2 Selecció i ajust de puntades
The Singer M3335 offers 97 stitch applications. Use the stitch selector dial (refer to Figure 3.2) to choose your desired stitch pattern. Adjust stitch length and width as needed using the corresponding dials. Refer to the stitch chart on your machine for guidance.
4.3 Ajust de la tensió
Correct thread tension is essential for balanced stitches. Adjust the upper thread tension dial (refer to Figure 3.2) if stitches appear too loose or too tight. A balanced stitch will have the upper and bobbin threads meeting evenly between the fabric layers.
4.4 Cosir inversament
To secure the beginning and end of a seam, press and hold the reverse lever/button. The machine will sew backward. Release the lever/button to resume forward sewing.
4.5 Costura amb braç lliure
Remove the accessory storage box to reveal the free arm. This feature is useful for sewing cylindrical items like cuffs, sleeves, and pant hems.
5. Manteniment
