Instruccions de configuració

1. Download the meross App: Cerca "meross" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the official app.
2. Encès: Plug the meross Smart Power Strip into a standard wall outlet. Ensure the power switch on the strip is in the 'ON' position.
3. Afegeix un dispositiu: Open the meross app, sign in or create an account. Tap the '+' icon to add a new device. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the power strip to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
4. HomeKit Setup (Optional): For Apple HomeKit remote control, an Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, or an iPad is required as a HomeKit bridge. Follow the instructions within the meross app or Apple Home app to integrate.

Use the meross app to remotely control your connected devices from anywhere with internet access. Each AC outlet can be controlled individually, while the USB ports are controlled as a group.

Integrate with Apple HomeKit (Siri), Alexa, or Google Assistant to control your devices using voice commands. Simply say "Hey Siri, turn on the floor lamp" or "Alexa, turn off the coffee machine" to manage your connected appliances.

Manteniment

• Keep the power strip in a dry location. It is designed for indoor use only.
• Do not plug the power strip into another relocatable power tap or an extension cord.

Resolució de problemes

• El dispositiu no respon: Ensure the power strip is plugged in and the main power switch is on. Check your Wi-Fi connection and ensure the device is within range of your router.
• No es pot connectar a Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Some dual-band routers may require temporary disabling of the 5GHz band during setup. Ensure correct Wi-Fi password is entered.
• HomeKit Remote Control Issues: An Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, or an iPad must be set up as a HomeKit hub and connected to your home Wi-Fi network for remote access.
• Timer Unexpectedly Turns On/Off: Unplug the appliance from the receptacle before servicing. Check app schedules for conflicts.
