1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Smartwares IDE-60047 Black Textile Ceiling Light. Please read this manual carefully before installation and retain it for future reference. This ceiling light features a 60 cm diameter textile shade and is designed for indoor use, providing ambient lighting with four E27 bulb sockets.

2. Informació de seguretat

• Always disconnect the power supply before installation, maintenance, or bulb replacement.

Note: Light bulbs are not included and must be purchased separately.

4. Instruccions d'instal·lació

Follow these steps for proper installation of your ceiling light:

1. Preparació: Desconnecteu l'alimentació principal al disjuntor abans de començar qualsevol treball elèctric.
2. Mounting the Base Plate:
   Position the mounting base against the ceiling at your desired location. Mark the drilling points. Drill holes and insert appropriate wall plugs (if necessary). Secure the mounting base to the ceiling using screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.

3. Cablejat:
   Connect the household electrical wires to the terminals on the ceiling light's mounting base. Ensure correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth). The connection box may require careful opening to access the terminals. Secure all connections.
4. Attaching the Textile Shade:
   Carefully align the textile shade with the mounting base. The shade is designed to fit over the base and secure into place. Ensure it is evenly seated and stable.
5. Instal·lació de bombetes:
   Screw four E27 base bulbs (max 18W each, LED compatible) into the sockets. Do not overtighten.
6. Comprovació final: Once all steps are complete, restore power at the circuit breaker. Test the light fixture.

For alternative installation as a pendant light, the Smartwares 10.005.71 or 6000.518 suspension kit (sold separately) is required.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The Smartwares IDE-60047 ceiling light operates via a standard wall switch connected to your household electrical circuit. It is compatible with E27 LED bulbs up to 18W per socket.

• Encès/apagat: Use the wall switch to turn the light on or off.
• Funcionalitat regulable: While the fixture itself is not inherently dimmable, it is compatible with dimmable E27 LED bulbs. To utilize dimming, you must install dimmable bulbs and connect the fixture to a compatible dimmer switch (not included) in your electrical system.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the textile shade and plastic diffuser with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Substitució de bombetes: Disconnect power. Allow bulbs to cool completely. Unscrew old bulbs and replace with new E27 bulbs, ensuring they do not exceed 18W.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La llum no s'encén:
  Check the power supply at the circuit breaker. Ensure bulbs are correctly installed and not faulty. Verify all electrical connections are secure.
• Parpelleig de llum:
  Ensure bulbs are fully screwed in. If using LED bulbs, confirm they are compatible with the fixture and your electrical system. If using a dimmer, ensure both the bulbs and dimmer switch are compatible with each other. A loose connection can also cause flickering.
• Difficulty attaching the shade:
  Ensure the shade is correctly aligned with the mounting guides on the base. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force the shade, as this may damage the textile or frame.
