2. Guia de configuració
2.1 Desembalatge i comprovació de components

2.2 Powering On the Alarm Panel
- Connect the power adapter to the Micro USB port on the side of the G20 Alarm Panel.

- If included, plug the siren cable into the Siren port on the side of the panel.

- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the alarm system to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Enter your WiFi password when prompted.
- The panel supports both Smart Mode (blue light blinks rapidly) and AP Mode (blue light blinks slowly) for Wi-Fi configuration. Press and hold the Wi-Fi Configuration button for 5 seconds to toggle between these modes.
2.5 Pairing Wireless Accessories
The G20 system can learn up to 100 wireless defense areas, 10 remote controls, and 10 RFID cards.

b. The panel will display 'Learning'. Tap the RFID card against the designated area on the alarm panel. The panel will confirm successful pairing.
3. Instruccions de funcionament
3.1 Arming and Disarming the System
- Ús del control remot: Press the 'Arm' button to arm the system (Away Arm), or the 'Home Arm' button for partial arming. Press the 'Disarm' button to disarm.
- Using RFID Card: Tap an enrolled RFID card against the panel to arm or disarm the system.
- Using APP: Use the Tuya Smart/Smart Life app to remotely arm (Away Arm, Home Arm) or disarm the system.
- Using Keypad: Enter your password on the panel's keypad to arm or disarm.
3.2 Alarm Notifications
When an alarm is triggered, the system will:
- Activate the siren.
- Send SMS notifications to pre-set phone numbers.
- Dial pre-set phone numbers.
- Send push notifications to the Tuya Smart/Smart Life app.
3.3 Voice Prompts and Language Settings
The system provides voice operation prompts and warnings, such as 'Doors and Windows not closed'. You can switch between 11 languages through the system settings: Chinese, English, German, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian.
3.4 Light Bar Status Indicators
The light bar on the panel indicates the system's status:
- Blinking blue rapidly: Wi-Fi connection configuration in Smart Mode.

4. Manteniment
4.1 Battery Replacement for Wireless Sensors
The system will alert you via the panel and the APP when a wireless sensor's battery is low. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous protection.
- Wireless Smoke Sensor: Requires AAA 1.5V*2 batteries.
- D30 Wireless Mini Door and Window Sensor: Requires button battery CR2032 x1.
- P20 Wireless Mini PIR Sensor Motion Detector: Requires button battery CR2450 x1.
4.2 Neteja
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the alarm panel and sensors. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5. Solució De Problemes
5.1 Problemes comuns i solucions
- System not connecting to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your phone during initial setup. Try toggling between Smart Mode and AP Mode on the panel by pressing the Wi-Fi Configuration button for 5 seconds.
- Sensors que no s'emparellan: Ensure the sensor batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient charge. Make sure the panel is in 'Learning' mode when triggering the sensor.
- Falses alarmes: Check sensor placement. PIR motion detectors should be placed away from direct heat sources or drafts. Ensure door/window sensors are securely mounted and not accidentally triggered.
- No alarm when triggered: Verify the system is armed. Check the sensor's battery level. Ensure the siren is properly connected and powered.
- Teclat bloquejat: If the wrong password is entered 5 consecutive times, the keyboard will be locked for 90 seconds. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again.
