1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the YIDI STC Series Digital Temperature and Humidity Controllers. 4. Configuració

Muntatge:

The controllers are designed for panel mounting. The standard mounting hole size for all models is 71x29mm. Ensure sufficient space behind the panel for wiring and ventilation.

STC-1000 Key Operation:

1. Check Parameter: Under normal working status, press "up" key to display temperature setting value; press "down" key to display the difference value.

2. Set Parameter: Under normal working status, press "S" key for 3 seconds or more to enter parameter modifying mode. The "Set" indicator light will turn on, and the screen displays "F1". Use "up" or "down" keys to navigate menu items (F1-F4). Press "S" to view the parameter value. To adjust, press and hold "S" while pressing "up" or "down". After setting, press the power key to save and exit. If no key operation within 10 seconds, changes are not saved.

3. Restore System Data: If "Er" is displayed upon power-up, press any key to restore default values and enter normal working mode. It is advised to reset parameters after this.

STC-3000 Key Operation:

1. View Paràmetre: Under normal working status, press "▲" once to display the temperature set value, press "▼" once to display the temperature difference set value. The display returns to normal after 2 seconds.

2. Set Parameter: Press and hold "S" for more than 3 seconds to enter parameter modification mode. The indicator light turns on, and the display shows "F1". Use "▲" or "▼" to navigate menu items (F1-F5). Press "S" to view the parameter value. To adjust, press and hold "S" while pressing "▲" or "▼". After setting, press the power button to save and exit. If no key operation within 10 seconds, changes are not saved. "Er" indicates a saving error.

3. Repair System Data: If "ER" is displayed on power-up, press any key to restore default parameters and resume normal operation. Reset parameters as needed.

℃/℉ Conversion: The STC-3000 supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Refer to parameter F5 in the menu. An image illustrating the conversion is provided below.

STC-3008 Key Operation:

1. Check Parameter: Under normal working status, press "up" key to display temperature setting value; press "down" key to display the difference value.

2. Set Parameter: Press "UP ①" and "UP ②" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter setting mode. The display shows "P0". Use "UP ②" and "DOWN ②" to adjust the parameter. Navigate through P0-P3 using "UP ①". After adjustment, wait a few seconds for automatic exit. For example, P0 is the first group temperature delay (0-60 min, default 0), P1 is the second group temperature delay (0-60 min, default 0), P2 is high temperature alarm (default 120℃), P3 is low temperature alarm (default -55℃).

3. Restore System Data: Press "Down ①" and "Down ②" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.

  • Repeat for the second temperature control group using "UP ②" and "DOWN ②".

STC-3018 Key Operation:

1. Check Parameter: Under normal working status, the real-time temperature is displayed. Press "Set" key (screen flashes), then "up" key to display temperature setting value; press "down" key to display the difference value.

2. Set Parameter: Long press "Set" key for 5 seconds to enter inner setting. Press "Ent" button to go back during setting. Long press "Ent" button to turn devices on/off.

Heating and Cooling Mode Setting:

  • Long press "up" key for 3 seconds to make the start temperature flash. Use "up" or "down" keys to set the start temperature.
  • Long press "down" key for 3 seconds to make the stop temperature flash. Use "up" or "down" keys to set the stop temperature.

Mode normal: Left red digital tube shows real-time temperature, right blue digital tube shows set temperature.

P0: Working Mode: Set to "H" for heating, "C" for cooling.

P1: Return Difference Value: The temperature difference at which the thermostat reactivates after reaching the set temperature. E.g., for 37-40℃ heating, difference is 3 degrees.

P2: High Temperature Alarm: When temperature reaches this value, an alarm sounds and operation stops.

P3: Low Temperature Alarm: When temperature falls below this value, an alarm sounds and operation stops.

P4: Temperature Correction: Corrects discrepancies between tested and real-time temperature. Final corrected temperature = tested temperature + correction. E.g., if tested 25.6℃, real 25.8℃, set P4 to 0.2.

P5: Delay Start: Used for compressor refrigeration. Set to 3-6 minutes based on compressor size.

P6: ℃/℉ Adjustable: Adjust unit for display. Long press "up" key for 3 seconds to quickly switch between °C and °F.

3. Restore System Data: Press "up" and "down" keys together for 2 seconds to restore the system.

STC-3028 Key Operation:

1. Check Parameter: Under normal working status, press "up 1" button to display temperature setting value; press "down 1" button to display the temperature difference value. Press "up 2" button to display humidity setting value; press "down 2" button to display the humidity difference value.

2. Restore System Data: Under normal working status, press "down 1" and "down 2" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The LED digital display will show "888", then return to test temperature, indicating system restoration.

  • Temperature/Humidity Correction: Press "up" and "down" buttons at the same time. If the tested value differs from the real-time value, use this function to correct it. The final value = tested value + correction value. Press "up" and "down" buttons together for about 3 seconds to display "0.0", then adjust the correction value. Wait 5 seconds for the real-time display to update.

6. Solució De Problemes

  • "EE" Display: This indicates a sensor error (open circuit or short circuit). All running functions will stop, and the buzzer will alarm. Press any key to silence the alarm. The system will return to normal display once the sensor error is resolved.
  • "HH" Display: This indicates that the measured temperature exceeds the temperature measuring range. All running functions will stop, and the buzzer will alarm. Press any key to silence the alarm. The system will return to normal operation once the temperature returns within the normal measuring range.
  • "Er" Display (STC-1000, STC-3000): This indicates an error occurred while saving parameters. The system will return to the normal display state after 3 seconds. It is recommended to reset parameters after this occurs.
  • Lectures inexactes: If the displayed temperature or humidity is inconsistent with actual conditions, perform a calibration using the temperature/humidity correction function (P4 for STC-3018, specific steps for STC-3028).
