Usage Instructions:
Identifying CBFS, CBFSR, and CBFSG Contact Blocks:
To identify between the CBFS, CBFSR, and CBFSG contact blocks,
refer to the following physical differences: Red nameplate for CBFS
and CBFSR, yellow nameplate for CBFSG. Bracket height is taller for
CBFSR compared to CBFS and CBFSG. Contact block height is taller
for CBFSR compared to CBFS and CBFSG.
Installation:
1. Ensure the device power is off before installation.
2. Align the contact block according to the device type it will
be used with.
3. Securely fasten the contact block in place using appropriate
tools.

Identification Guide: CBFS, CBFSR and CBFSG Contact Blocks
Purpose of the document:
This document is intended to clarify the distinction between 30mm H-Line hermetically and factory-sealed contact blocks, specifically CBFS, CBFSR and CBFSG variants. While all three variants share the same rating, are labeled under the CBFS series, there are subtle differences in their physical construction that can be used to accurately and physically distinguish between them.
The goal of this document is to provide clear guidance to identify the three contact block types when observed beside each other.

All three variants CBFS, CBFSR and CBFSG are Factory Sealed Contact Blocks featuring: · 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact · 10 amp rating · Designed for use in 30mm Hazardous product series
