BEFORE USING
- How long does it take for this product to be fully charged?
Charging fully with the provided cable takes about 3 hours. Low battery will affect the product effect. When the battery is low, please use the provided cable to charge in time. - Will it make noise?
This product operates silently when no insects are present on the grid. However, when it successfully zaps insects, it may produce noise. If you plan to use it indoors, we recommend avoiding activation during rest periods. In the rare case where the power grid emits noise without any insects. please reach out to our 24/7 customer service team to report the issue. We will provide a free replacement during the product’s warranty period to ensure your satisfaction. - How long can the product last on a full charge?
A full charge provides:- 12 hours with the UV-LED lamp
- 60 hours with the LED ambient lamp
- 10 hours with both the UV-LED lamp and the LED ambient lamp on
If there are many insects around the device, it may increase power consumption and shorten the usage time.
- Why do certain flies on electrical grids stop without dying?
Compared to mosquitoes, flies are bigger. Therefore, the flying postures and the point of collision on the grid determine how many flies can be killed at once. As a result, sometimes it shocks flies to death while other times it merely causes them to feel dizzy. - Is it necessary to clean my bug zapper regularly?
The buildup of dead insects can reduce the product’s effectiveness and may even cause continuous discharges, leading to product failure. It’s recommended to clean once a week. - How do I properly clean the bug zapper?
- Power Off:
Before cleaning, make sure the device is turned off and unplugged. Wait at least one minute to allow residual electricity to dissipate.
- Discharge the Grid:
Touch the internal grid with a screwdriver with an insulated handle for 5-10 seconds to safely discharge it to eliminate any residual charge.
- Cleaning Process:
Use a dry brush or soft cloth to clear insect debris from the bulb, the bottom, and the device’s exterior. Never immerse the product in water. Do not use abrasive solvents to clean plastic.

Directions for Use
- Charge:
When charging, the LED ambient light flashes red. When fully charged, it flashes green. Use a DC 5V / 2A charger for a full charge in 3 hours. Note: Charging fully before first use is recommended. - Operation:
Note: The UV-LED lamp and the LED ambient lamp are controlled by their respective switches without interference. - Battery Life:
The product’s battery capacity is 4500mAh. When fully charged:- Operating the UV-LED lamp lasts about 12 hours;
- Operating the LED ambient lamp lasts about 60 hours;
- Running both the UV-LED lamp and LED ambient lamp simultaneously lasts about 10 hours.
- Cleaning:
- Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance and turn off the power and unplugged. Wait at least ONE minute for the current to drain completely before cleaning.
- To ensure your electric insect killer functions at its best, clean it once a week. This prevents the accumulation of dead insects, which can impair the product’s perfomance or cause continuous electrical discharges that might lead to malfunction.
Warning!
- DANGEROUS HIGH VOLTAGE. During use, avoid attempting to contact the high-voltage internal grids. Never place metal items inside the grid while it is active.
- Keep the bug zapper away from children, barns, and similar places.
- Do not use the bug zapper in places with flammable gases. explosive dust. biogas, explosive materials. hazardous chemicals, etc.
- Wait at least ONE minute to discharge the current completely before cleaning the device.
- Please ensure the high voltage grid is promptly cleaned of any dead insects to prevent potential short circuits on the metal mesh.
- The product is not waterproof. Please refrain from using it outdoors during rainy conditions, and avoid rinsing the product with water to ensure its proper functionality and safety.
