Product Usage Instructions

Ring Charging Guide

Connect the charger to the charging port.

A red light indicates that the ring is currently charging.

A green light indicates that the ring has completed charging.

App Download Guide

Scan the QR code or visit Google Play (or the App Store) to download and install the “b.ring” app.

Enter App Registration Code
Check the App registration code at the bottom of the package and enter it accurately.

Sign Up
To use the app, you need to sign up. Please enter the required information to complete the registration.

Device Connection
To search for and connect your ring, tap the “Start Connecting” button in “My page.”

Search and Connect Device
Search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Find and connect the device (b.ring G1).

Connection Complete
Once the connection is successfully completed, you can view your ring’s information in “My page.”

Cautions

• This product is not intended for use as a children’s accessory. Ensure that children or pets do not swallow it.
• The measurements from this product should not be used for medical purposes or as the basis for any medical decisions. Do not use them for self-diagnosis or treatment.
• The waterproof rating of this product is IP68, meaning it is not suitable for deep diving or extended periods underwater. Do not expose it to steam or immerse it in hot water, as this may affect the ring’s performance.
• If the product experiences external impact or damage, its waterproof performance may be compromised.
• Do not use heating devices, such as a hairdryer, to dry the product. Ceramic is fragile, so handle and wear it with care. Avoid direct impacts with hard objects.
• Store the charging cable and the device in a dry environment while charging. Avoid touching the cable with wet hands, and ensure that the cable does not become submerged in water or other liquids.
• Disassembling or modifying the battery, or inserting foreign objects, can lead to overheating, fire, or explosion. Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture the battery. Applying significant external pressure to the battery can cause internal short circuits and overheating.

Customer Service Guide

• For service inquiries, please provide the product model name, a description of the issue, and your contact information. You can reach Apposter Customer Service at +82-1666-9015.
• If your product malfunctions, to submit an A/S request, you must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, place of purchase, and product name (e.g., receipt or purchase history from the website).
• The product’s warranty period begins on the date of delivery and is valid for 6 months.
• If a defect results in a malfunction, the product will be retrieved, inspected, and replaced upon verification.
• A/S cannot be processed if the product is damaged due to the user’s lack of caution.

Exchange / Return Policy

• Exchanges and returns are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Please use the designated courier service for product returns. If an un- authorized courier is used, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
• Extra charges may apply for deliveries to remote or mountainous areas.
• If the product is returned due to a malfunction caused by the consumer, the shipping cost will be charged to you.
• Exchanges are only permitted for the same model and color.
• Once the product has been opened, exchanges due to personal preference or incorrect size are not permitted. Please use the size measurement kit to ensure accurate sizing before purchasing or opening the product
• Returns are not permitted under the limitations outlined in the ‘Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea.’

FAQ

• Q: What should I do if heart rate or blood oxygen data is not measured correctly?
  A: This issue is often caused by the sensors on the ring not making proper contact with your skin. Ensure the ring fits snugly and is in full contact with your finger during measurement.
• Q: What should I do if sleep data is not being measured correctly?
  A: Sleep monitoring occurs during both sleep and wakefulness, so it is important to wear the ring properly while sleeping. Falling asleep too late or wearing the ring loosely may cause errors. Please note that sleep data should not be monitored during the day. The default sleep monitoring period is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM (noon) the following day.
