Product Usage Instructions

Step 1 – Enrollment:

  1. Download the Brightwell Navigator mobile app.
  2. Tap on “Enroll” and enter your Employee ID (crew employee pin).
  3. For USD contract, use U + crew employee pin; for EUR contract, use E + crew employee pin.
  4. Enter your birthdate in MM-DD-YYYY format, passport number, and passport issuing country.
  5. Create a username and password, review and accept the Electronic Communications agreement.
  6. Select security questions and provide answers.
  7. Review personal information, enter phone number and email address.
  8. Enter Brightwell card details, including card number, expiration date, and create a PIN.
  9. Select email preferences and complete the enrollment process.

Step 2 – FaceCheck:

  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. Set up FaceCheck by allowing access to your camera.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to complete FaceCheck setup.

Step 3 – Add a Bank:

  1. Access Settings and go to My Bank Accounts.
  2. Add your bank details by selecting the currency of the bank account.
  3. Confirm currency exchange and review fees if applicable.
  4. Enter beneficiary details and bank address accurately.
  5. Submit bank details for verification by Brightwell.

How to Send Money with Brightwell Navigator:

Choose from the following options:

  • Send to a bank
  • DirectPay – Automatically send every payday
  • OnDemand – Send when the rate is best
  • Card-to-card – Send money to crew members
