Product Usage Instructions
Step 1 – Enrollment:
- Download the Brightwell Navigator mobile app.
- Tap on “Enroll” and enter your Employee ID (crew employee pin).
- For USD contract, use U + crew employee pin; for EUR contract, use E + crew employee pin.
- Enter your birthdate in MM-DD-YYYY format, passport number, and passport issuing country.
- Create a username and password, review and accept the Electronic Communications agreement.
- Select security questions and provide answers.
- Review personal information, enter phone number and email address.
- Enter Brightwell card details, including card number, expiration date, and create a PIN.
- Select email preferences and complete the enrollment process.
Step 2 – FaceCheck:
- Log in with your username and password.
- Set up FaceCheck by allowing access to your camera.
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete FaceCheck setup.
Step 3 – Add a Bank:
- Access Settings and go to My Bank Accounts.
- Add your bank details by selecting the currency of the bank account.
- Confirm currency exchange and review fees if applicable.
- Enter beneficiary details and bank address accurately.
- Submit bank details for verification by Brightwell.

- DirectPay – Automatically send every payday
- OnDemand – Send when the rate is best

- Wait until you see the confirmation screen that says the FaceCheck setup is complete!

Add a bank
- When logged in, tap Settings, then My bank accounts
- Tap the blue circle in the bottom right to add your bank details
- Select the currency of the bank account Your money will be exchanged from your payroll currency to your selected currencyTap
Confirm Currency Exchange - *If you select a currency that is different from the account added, the bank may charge additional fees to exchange the currency
- Review and confirm your selected currency exchange.
Tap Confirm Currency Exchange - *Full listing of fees available in your card holder agreement in app under Settings > Disclosures.
- Enter in all the required beneficiary details exactly as it appears on the bank account
Tap Next: Bank Details
Success! Brightwell must verify your bank before it is available. Typically takes 24 hours.
