You accept and agree that it remains your responsibility to ensure that you have read the safety manual before you use the adjustable dumbbells and regularly refresh yourself on all safety aspects associated with how to use and make adjustments to the weights before you use them; how to maintain, care for and store them between uses, so they remain in good working order. It is your responsibility to always inspect the adjustable dumbbells before you use them to avoid injuries or harm to yourself and those around you and/or damage to your surroundings.

If you notice any damage or anything broken to the adjustable dumbbells (like the clip), we advise you not to use them, to avoid such risk of injury, harm and/or damage to surroundings. Instead please go to our website for further advice and support on what to do next to try to address the problem and ensure it is safe to resume using them. You accept that this remains your responsibility at all times. We accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, harm or damaged caused by your negligence and/or failure to comply your responsible use of the adjustable  dumbbells.

INFORMATION

• Product Maintenance
• Before use, check whether all parts of the product are cracked or aged.
• During use, pay attention to any abnormal sounds. If any issues are found, stop use immediately and replace, repair,  or avoid potential risks.

Product Care

• Please disinfect the product before and after use. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Product Cleaning

• Please disinfect and wipe the product with a damp cloth. Do not soak in water, do not wash with detergent.
• Otherwise, the product may absorb water, making it unusable and accelerating aging.

Storage Method

• This product should not be used or stored in humid or high-temperature environments, nor in outdoor environments.
• Please store indoors in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep it out of children’s reach and ensure safety.

Packaging

• Please keep packaging during your return window.
• There is a €40 charge if a return is requested and new packaging is requested. We unfortunately do not accept returns without original packaging due to the mechanical nature of the product, the packaging needs to be precise.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT USE

Installation Method

• Open the fixing sleeve, insert one short connecting pin into the small hole in the middle of the seat back fabric, and push it through the opposite small hole.
• Tighten and secure so the pin locks into place.
• Repeat the process: align another small hole with the opposite side, insert another pin, and push it through.
• Tighten and secure so the short pin locks into place, completing installation.

Disassembly Method

• Insert a tool into the slot of the card buckle, press down, and the seat back separates from the frame.
• Repeat on the other side.
• Separate the seat back and frame, and disassembly is complete.

Adjustment Method

• Seat back angle: adjustable in different positions, with multiple angles available.
• Backrest height: adjustable to different heights.
• Seat height: adjustable for better use and comfort.

• Only correct installation, maintenance, and use can ensure effective safety performance.
• The company does not bear responsibility for accidents caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.
• This product is for adult use only. Children must use it under adult supervision.
• People with underlying health conditions should consult a doctor before use.
• Before each use, ensure that all components are in good condition.
• If you experience discomfort or abnormal physical reactions during use, such as chest pain, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, or severe headache, stop use immediately.
• Do not use this product in an incorrect posture.
• If any parts show abnormal conditions such as loosening, cracks, breakage, or material aging, replace or repair them immediately. When using this product, ensure there is a safe surrounding space free from obstructions.
• This product is for indoor use only.
• Excluding product quality issues, if damage or accidents occur due to improper use, the company assumes no responsibility.

Usage Environment
Use in a flat and stable indoor environment, such as living rooms, studies, or bedrooms.

WARRANTY

• Your bench is under a 24 month warranty starting from the date of purchase.
• We will remedy all defects in workmanship or materials within the warranty period.
• In order for the warranty to be granted, all warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase from BRAINGAIN.
