Specifications
- Waterproof Operation: The camera is waterproof up to 30 meters when enclosed in its waterproof case. Before entering water, verify that the case is tightly sealed. Wipe the exterior of the case dry before opening it after water activities. Waterproof Test: Before actual use, it is highly recommended to place a dry tissue inside the case and submerge it to test the seal.
- Memory Card: The camera does not feature built-in storage. A high-speed memory card (up to 256GB) is required and must be formatted inside the camera before first use.
- Operating Temperature: Digital cameras generate heat during normal operation. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the device.
- Charging: Charge the camera using a standard 5V, 1A-2A charging adapter. Do not use fast-charging adapters.

- Battery Life: Run time varies depending on the operating environment and individual usage habits. Fully charge the battery before initial use.
- Image Quality: Shooting results may vary depending on environmental light, configuration settings, and user habits. For optimization tips, please contact customer support.
- Touchscreen Maintenance: Keep your fingers and the screen clean and free of oil or water stains to maintain touch sensitivity.
- General Handling: When using the camera without its waterproof case, take care not to scratch the lens or screen, and prevent water from entering the speakers or microphone.
- Product Updates: Due to continuous product iterations, packaging designs and certain manual functions may be updated. Differences are normal.

Warranty Terms
- This warranty applies strictly to non-human-induced malfunctions caused by product quality issues, within the valid warranty period, and under normal usage conditions.
- Free returns or exchanges are supported within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the item is returned in an unused, resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- A one-time warranty repair service is provided for non-human-induced malfunctions occurring within one year from the purchase date.
- For repairs requested after the warranty period has expired, or for damages not covered under this warranty, a reasonable service fee may be charged at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Troubleshooting
- Camera freezes: Use a pin to press the Reset button. Resetting will not affect camera performance.
- Device shuts down after card removal/insertion: Do not insert or remove the TF card while the camera is powered on.
- Audio playback needs changing: Sound can be disabled in the system settings.
- Water ingress or seal concerns: Verify the waterproof case is tightly sealed before entering water. Wipe the case exterior dry before opening after water activities. Test the seal before actual use.
- Touch sensitivity issues: Keep fingers and the touchscreen clean and free of oil or water stains.
