• The Bosch LED Controller is a compact control unit for the Bosch Smart System that combines the essential functions of an e-bike display and a remote control in a single device. Equipped with LED indicators, control buttons, and a USB-C port, it can be used independently without the need for an additional Bosch display.
• The unit attaches to the e-bike handlebars using a 22.2 mm fixed clamp . The handlebar grip must be removed before installation. Connection to the e-bike is made via the Bosch display cable (BCH3611) , which is also required for using a Smart System display with the LED Controller.
• Compatible displays include the Bosch Intuvia 200 (BHU3210) and the Bosch SmartphoneGrip Vertical (BSP3300) . Power is supplied directly through the e-bike’s motor. The unit also includes its own removable, rechargeable, and replaceable battery.

Equipment and functions of the Bosch LED Controller
The Bosch LED Controller incorporates five control buttons that allow you to operate both the e-bike system and additional components, such as displays.

• Power button: starts or turns off the electric bike.
• Buttons + and -: increase or decrease the level of motor assistance.
• Thanks to their dual function, these buttons also allow you to control the bike’s lighting and activate the push assist.
• When using a compatible Bosch display, it is controlled by a rocker switch and a confirmation button .

All controls are designed to offer excellent ergonomics and quick access while driving.
Additionally, the USB-C port allows charging external devices, such as smartphones, using the compatible EBIKE24 USB-C cable , with a charging power of up to 10W directly from the control unit.

Colored LED indicators
The Bosch LED Controller incorporates three LED indicators that allow you to quickly consult the most important information of the system.

Driving mode indicator
Located at the top, just below the Bosch logo, it displays the selected driving mode using different colors depending on the level of assistance.

This LED also reports possible system errors:

• Orange: non-critical error; can be closed using the confirmation button.
• Red: critical error; cannot be ignored and requires review by an authorized Bosch dealer.

ABS indicator and light sensor

• Below the driving mode indicator is another LED that functions as an ABS system indicator and integrates an ambient light sensor .
• When the LED Controller is used in conjunction with a Bosch Smart System display, this sensor automatically adjusts the display brightness according to the lighting conditions.

Battery Indicator

Alongside the other indicators is a small battery icon that shows the charge level using colors:

• Green: 100% – 50%
• Yellow: 50% – 30%
• Orange: 30% – 10%
• Red: 10% – 1%
• Flashing red: less than 1%
