The surface of the power adaptor may get hot to the touch during operation. To protect against possible burn hazards, wait one-half hour before unplugging from the mains before handling.
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Your adaptor is right to meet IP67 test conditions under IEC 60529 and can withstand outdoor use and contact with water under certain conditions. When used with compatible Blink devices, refer to the IP rating of the device into which the adaptor is plugged. Do not plug the power adaptor into an outdoor socket without first ensuring it has appropriate weather resistance for outdoor use.
Always ensure the socket is easily accessible and located near the Blink device that it is powering. Install only to a covered Class A GFCI electrical socket that has an enclosure that is weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed. Not for use with electrical sockets that are weatherproof only when the socket is covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and electrical socket cover closed).
Your adaptor is not intended for underwater use and may experience temporary effects from exposure to water. Do not intentionally immerse your adaptor in water. Do not spill any food, oil, lotion, or other abrasive substances on your adaptor. Do not expose your adaptor to pressurized water, high-velocity water, or extremely humid conditions (such as a steam room). Do not expose your adaptor to salt water or other conductive liquids. To protect against electric shock, do not place a cord, plug, or adaptor in water or other liquids.
If your adaptor gets wet from immersion in water or high-pressure water, carefully disconnect all cables without getting your hands wet and wait for them to dry completely before powering it on again. Do not attempt to dry your adaptor with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or a hair dryer. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not touch your adaptor or any wires connected to your device during a lightning storm while your device is powered. LIMITED WARRANTY
If you purchased your Blink devices or accessories (the “Device”) from Amazon.com. From authorized resellers located in Australia or New Zealand, the warranty for the Device is provided by Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, Level 37, Citigroup Tower, 2 Park Street Sydney, NSW 2000. The provider of this warranty is sometimes referred to herein as “we”. When you purchase a new or Certified Refurbished Device (which, for clarity, excludes Devices sold as “Used” & Used Devices sold as Warehouse Deals), we warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase.
During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device. Such storage media, software, e-aware, or other materials may be destroyed, or reformattedormaced during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
