If your machine is difficult to push, follow these steps to resolve:
*It will be more difficult to push if CrossWave is cleaning a thick or high area rug or a stick mess on a bare floor
- Turn machine off and remove from docking station
- Lay it down updside down to inspect wheels
- Manually spin front and rear wheels and remove any debris around them
- Turn machine on
- Recline machine to activate brush roll
- If brush roll does not turn > Go to Brush Not Turning troubleshooting
- Has this resolved the issue?
