You can only Factory Reset if you’ve successfully paired your Connected Robot
  • Reasons why you may want to Factory Reset
    • Need to pair to a different email
  • Any original product warranty registration will remain unchanged
Follow these steps to unpair your products connection to the mobile App:
  • Click on the Hamburger menu button on the top left of the screen
  • Click on your machine, then the gear in the top right corner of the screen
                             
  • Choose the ‘Remove Device’ Button
  • Click on the red ‘Reset’ button
Note: The factory reset will delete all historic data that is saved in the app and will allow you to re-pair the machine
  • Close out of the App
  • For CleanView Connect & SpinWave Robot hold down the Robot’s play button for 45 seconds until 3 beeps are heard
