BeeLinker Technology BLM5510 Tamper-proof Asset Beacon Instruction Manual

Suzhou Bolian Technology’s self-developed tamper-proof asset beacon product for asset tracking and positioning, with long standby time, easy to open independently, tamper-proof alarm and other characteristics. It uses Texas Instruments (TI) CC2640 low-power Bluetooth chip, low-power Bluetooth BLE 5.1 technology, in line with iBeacon, Beacon, Eddystone protocol specifications, high security, reliability, and supports the user connection secret key settings. It has a snap-on tamper-proof design, so if the beacon is forcibly removed, it broadcasts a specific beacon to the management gateway indicating that the asset beacon has been removed, preventing important assets from being stolen or maliciously moved. The compact, rectangular plastic housing is thin and light, and can be used in a variety of applications with the company’s Bluetooth gateway and indoor positioning technology.

Operating Instructions:

Start up:
Press and hold the switch to meet 2s and above, then release and the green light flashes for 3s, the product is switched on successfully.
Shut down:
In the power on state, long press the switch to meet 2s and more, then release, the red light flashes for 3s, the product is switched off successfully.

Anti-tamper alarm:
When the product button is pressed for more than 10s before releasing in the on state, the product will broadcast the anti-tamper alarm status for 30s.

Cautions:

The switching on and off of the product requires attention to the microswitch release, the switching function is triggered by the microswitch release;
When using the on/off function, attention needs to be paid to the duration of key presses, which should not exceed a maximum of 8s;

When the product is tamper alarmed, there is no LED indication, it only changes the tamper status of the tamper alarm kit and the two broadcast
