Using the 24-hour Clock

Times are displayed in four-digit format. The first two digits
represent the hour, while the last two indicate the minutes. For
example, 0753 refers to 53 minutes past 7 am in the morning, and
1953 indicates 53 minutes past 7 pm in the evening.
