Basit Computers PWM Fan Controlle

OVERVIEW

Use the fan speed regulator to control a connected 4-pin PWM cooling fan. Connect the fan, power the regulator (using either SATA or DC), then set the desired speed with the rotary switch from 0 to 100.

Quick Setup and Use

Connect the 4-pin PWM cooling fan to the regulator.
Power the regulator using either the SATA port or the DC port.
Adjust the fan speed by rotating the rotary switch to the desired value from 0 to 100.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Connect the Fan Connect the 4-pin PWM cooling fan. Please note that only 4-pin PWM cooling fans are supported.
Step 2: Connect Power Power the regulator using either the SATA port or the DC port. Warning: Do not power the regulator using the SATA port and the DC port at the same time, as this may damage the device.
Step 3: Adjust the Speed Adjust the fan speed by rotating the rotary switch from 0 to 100. Please note that when rotated to 0, the cooling fan will not stop working; it will simply slow down to its minimum operating speed.

Troubleshooting

Fan won’t behave as expected at 0: Rotating the switch to 0 will not stop the fan; it will slow down to its minimum operating speed.
Possible device damage risk: Do not power the regulator using both the SATA port and the DC port at the same time.
Fan not supported: Ensure you are using only a 4-pin PWM cooling fan.
