Keyboard Layout

Keyboard Connection

•  BT USB Mode (Left)
  • Switch the side button of the keyboard to USB mode.
  • Plug and play.
•  2.4GHz Mode (Middle)
  • Switch the side button of the keyboard to 2.4GHz mode.
  • Plug the USB dongle into your device.
  • Your device will automatically detect the USB dongle and connect with the keyboard.
  • Dongle pairing: Press Fn+4$ for about 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. When pairing, the key “4$” backlit will start flashing green.

    
•  BT Mode (Right)
  • Switch the side button of the keyboard to BT mode.
  • Pairing mode. (Press for 3 seconds)

    

  • Select “MD750-1 / MD750-2 / MD750-3 from the device you want to pair.
  • Completed.
  • Switch between paired devices.

    

Keyboard Reset

Full Keyboard Reset (to factory settings): Press 2 Alt keys together for 3 seconds.
*All RGB backlit will flash blue 5 times.

Additional Operations

• System Layout = Press Fn + Spacebar for 3 seconds to change WIN/ MAC layout.

  

• Winlock = Press Fn + L_Win for 2 seconds to lock/unlock the Win key.
  • Only for WIN mode.
  • When the function is turned on, the “Win” key backlight will light up in white.

    

• LCD Display = Press Fn + Esc for 1 second to turn on/off the LCD.

  

Knob Function

• Clockwise/ Counter-clockwise rotation = Function selection or adjustment.

  

• Short press = Confirm.

  
• Lock the knob into volume control mode.

  

Fn Keymap

• Fn + Spacebar = System layout change (Windows / Mac)
• Fn + L_Win = Win Lock/Unlock (Windows mode only)
• Fn + 1 ! = BT Device1
• Fn + 2@ = BT Device2
• Fn + 3# = BT Device3
• Fn + 4$ = 2.4GHz dongle repair

Monitor Guide

•  RGB Mode:
  There are 19 RGB modes in total, which can be selected through the knob.
•  RGB Color:
  In RGB mode, you can choose from a total of 9 colors to display. (Not available in modes O and Q)
•  RGB Brightness:
  Adjust the brightness of RGB lights; 5 levels available.

  

•  RGB Speed:
  Adjust the speed of RGB lights; 5 levels available.

  
•  System Volume:
  Adjust the device’s volume.

  

  • Directly Adjust the Volume:
    Press the Fn + Knob > Turn the Knob
  • Back to Screen Function:
    Press the Fn + Knob again.

    

•  Keyboard Layout:
  Switch the keyboard layout between Windows and Mac systems.

  

Display Time Synchronization

To synchronize the time displayed on the keyboard’s LCD, you need to download the time synchronization program from the Mistel website.

1. To connect the keyboard to the device, it must be in “USB mode,” and the “DONGLE receiver” must be removed.
2. The program will automatically detect your keyboard model and synchronize the time.
   *Note: The time synchronization software can only be run on Windows systems.

Troubleshooting: Non-Responsive or Inaccurate Key Inputs

• Restore factory settings
  In the keyboard driver or by following the instructions in the manual, try restoring the keyboard to its factory settings. This can often resolve software-related issues.
• Switch replacement
  If the issue persists, consider replacing the switch associated with the malfunctioning key. You can use a good switch from the keyboard to replace the defective one.
• Socket problem
  If swapping switches does not resolve the problem, there may be an issue with the socket on the PCB. Please contact your local dealer or our customer service.

Warranty Description

• The warranty for each keyboard is one year. If the keyboard fails after the warranty period, MISTEL can repair the keyboard, but you will be asked to pay for shipping to and from MISTEL. Repair costs will only be charged for major parts failures.
• If the keyboard fails within one year, we will provide free repair service. Please send the keyboard to us for maintenance and repair. We will send it back to you as soon as possible after repair, or provide parts for you to replace on your own.
• If the keyboard is damaged due to human factors or the keyboard is damaged due to external forces, we can provide repairs, but we will charge shipping and repair fees. If the keyboard has water or fluid inside the PCB, Do Not wash it with water, but use only a dry cloth. Fluid in the keyboard can cause corrosion, requiring the entire PCB to be replaced.
