Product Usage Instructions

Flash Test Set Up

1. Ensure the vehicle is not charging.
2. Set up the Aviloo box by placing it near the vehicle.

Performing the Flash Test

1. Observe the LED display on the Aviloo box:
   • Flashing blue: Indicates the box is booting up.
   • Yellow light: Test in progress.
   • Flashing green: Data transfer.
   • Green light: Test completed.
2. If the red light comes on, the FLASH test has failed. Refer to the notes at the bottom right for guidance.

End of the Flash Test

After the test is completed, take the following actions:

1. Check at https://aviloo.link/database to verify if the vehicle can be tested.
2. If needed, repeat the FLASH Test according to the provided instructions.
3. If you encounter any issues, contact AVILOO Customer Management for assistance.
   • Note: Changes or modifications not approved by Aviloo could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

AVILOO BOX LED-DISPLAY

• Make note of the different LED indicators on the Aviloo box and their corresponding meanings.

FLASH TEST SET UP

• Open the driver’s door (leave it open during the test).
• VW, Skoda, Cupra, and Seat Models: unlock the hood before plugging in the AVILOO Box (it is not necessary to open it).
• Plug the AVILOO Box into the OBD-2 port.
• Start the vehicle and leave the vehicle in park mode so that the systems necessary for the test remain active.
• Turn off the heating and air conditioning.
• TIP: The AVILOO WebAPP helps you locate the OBD-2 port in the vehicle.

• Flashing blue: indicates that the box is booting up.

PERFORM THE FLASH TEST

• Wait for the yellow flashing one LED indicating that the AVILOO Box is ready for the FLASH Test.
• Fasten the driver’s seatbelt to keep the systems necessary for the test active.
• Note for all Tesla Models: switch the vehicle to drive mode and keep your foot on the brake to prevent the vehicle from moving (due to the lack of an “ignition”).
• Wait for the solid green LED, which indicates that the FLASH Test is complete.
• Yellow light: Test in progress.
• If red lights up: FLASH Test failed (see notes at bottom right).

END OF THE FLASH TEST

• Turn off the vehicle.
• Unbuckle the seat belt.
• Unplug the AVILOO Box.
• Close the driver’s door and, if necessary, the hood.
• The AVILOO BATTERY CERTIFICATE is sent via email to the address registered to the respective AVILOO Box.
• Please note: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Aviloo could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
• This is a mobile device, and the user must ensure that they maintain a distance of 20cm during operation.
• Flashing green: Data transfer.
• Green light: Test completed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To keep the software up to date, leave the box plugged into the power supply when not in use.
• Red LED means: FLASH Test failed.
