Window Installation:
- Stick adhesive tape around the edge of the window.
- Secure the window to the sealed partition on the cargo side using M8x16mm bolts, rubber washers, and M6 nylock nuts.
Partition Installation:
- Secure the pinch mould to the partition to seal between the partition and the bulkhead of the vehicle.
- Place the partition in the vehicle with the mounting tags facing to the rear of the vehicle.

Safety Information

STICK ADHESIVE TAPE AROUND EDGE OF THE WINDOW. SECURE THE WINDOW TO THE SEALED PARTITION ON THE CARGO SIDE OF THE SEALED PARTITION USING M8 X 16 MM BOLT (ON THE PASSENGER SIDE), RUBBER WASHERS BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND THE SEALED PARTITION) AND M6 NYLOCK NUTS ON THE CARGO SIDE OF THE SEALED PARTITION.
SECURE THE PINCH MOULD TO THE PARTITION SO THAT IT SEALS BETWEEN THE PARTITION AND THE BULKHEAD OF THE VEHICLE.
PLACE THE PARTITION IN THE VEHICLE WITH THE MOUNTING TAGS FACING TO THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.
PLACE THE PARTITION FIRMLY AGAINST THE BULKHEAD OF THE VEHICLE.
SECURE THE PARTITION INTO PLACE SO THAT THE RUBBER IS COMPRESSED, USING THE STEPS BELOW.

ALWAYS CHECK FOR FUEL LINES ETC BEFORE DRILLING AND ALWAYS USE A DRILL STOP.

Installing Instructions

TOP

Secure one end of the 400mm offset bracket to the top tag on the Cargo Barrier using an M10x20mm set screw and an M10 whiz nut. Project the 400mm offset bracket straight back to the rear of the vehicle, mark with a permanent marker through the hole on the 400mm offset bracket, where the 400mm offset bracket meets the body work of the vehicle (in the cantrail). Drill the mark out to 10mm. Secure the 400mm offset bracket to the cantrail using an M10x25mm set screw and secure into an M10 threaded plate on wire (make sure that the M10 threaded plate is horizontal when fastened) by sliding the M10 threaded plate on wire in behind the cantrail through a nearby hole. When it is fastened, either cut of the excess wire that may be protruding out of the cantrail or fold it so that it sits in the cantrail.

BASE

Secure one end of the 150mm offset bracket to the base tag on the Cargo Barrier using an M10x20mm set screw and an M10 whiz nut. Project the 150mm offset bracket straight back to the rear of the vehicle and mark (through the hole on the 150mm offset bracket) where the 150mm offset bracket meets the floor of the vehicle. Drill the mark (using a pilot drill first) out to 10mm. Secure the end of the 150mm offset bracket into the drilled hole using an M10x40mm set screw down through the floor or wheel arch and an M10 captive mudguard washer (For maximum results, run a bead of silicone around the M10 mudguard washer before securing) on the underneath of the vehicle.

CHECK OVER FIXINGS SYSTEMATICALLY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL TIGHT
