CAUTIONS

General safety

For the correct use of the instrument, please read the full text of this manual carefully before use.

  • Do not use the “Equal Exchange” or “Add New Oil” functions when the device is not connected to the car; such actions are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not add automatic transmission fluid or cleaning agents through the refilling eling port while the device is in operation.
  • When storing the equipment, the tanks for new and old oil within the device must be empty. The old oil should be transferred to another container immediately after the equipment has finished working to avoid affecting the precision of the equal exchange.
  • The equipment must be placed on a level surface during operation to prevent the oil pump from failing to cleanly draw the oil from the tank.
  • During the Equal Exchange of transmission fluid, except in emergencies, avoid turning off the engine and then restarting it. This helps prevent excessive voltage fluctuations when the engine starts, which could affect the accuracy of the equal exchange.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

  • Pay attention to leaks at each connection point when exchanging the oil.
  • After each operation, promptly drain the waste oil from the equipment’s old oil tank and store the new oil in a container. This ensures that the electronic scale remains unloaded when not in use.
  • Keep the new oil tank clean.
  • If there are abnormal weight displays for the new and old oil, you can use the one-key zeroing function within the system parameters to zero the new and old oil electronic scales after draining the new and old oil tanks.
  • If the problem persists after one-key zeroing, please contact customer service promptly to calibrate the new and old oil electronic scales.
  • (If the equipment is different from what is described in the instructions, the actual operation should be based on the equipment itself.)

OPERATIONS INSTRUCTION

Preparation before operation

  • Connecting Power
Connect the clamps to the two terminals of the car battery (DC12V; the device can automatically recognize the polarity).
  • Lifting the Car
Raise the car so that the drive wheels are suspended at least 20cm off the ground. Engage the handbrake, and place wheel chocks securely in front and behind the non-drive wheels to ensure the vehicle’s stability.
  • Connecting the Hoses
    • Find the connection oil pipe between the transmission and radiator, and disconnect the one that’s easy to take apart.
    • Connect the appropriate connectors from the connector box to the ends of the disconnected oil pipe.
    • Connect the device’s hoses to the connectors on the ends of the disconnected transmission oil pipes, without considering their direction of flow.
  • Check and Confirm
Start the engine, and ensure that the hoses are secure and leak-free, then turn on the device’s power switch.

FUNCTIONAL OPERATION

Cycle cleaning

  1. Add cleaning fluid (if cleaning fluid is not added, flushing can be carried out through the circulation of new oil).
    • Method one: Add cleaning fluid directly to the transmission (via the dipstick opening).
    • Method two: Add cleaning fluid to the equipment, and then add it to the transmission through the equipment.
    • Ensure that the new oil tank in the equipment is empty, then add cleaning fluid to the new oil barrel through the equipment filling port (it’s rec-ommended to add more than 1L, and if the cleaning fluid is less than 1L, then add new oil to make up to 1L).
    • Select the “Add New Oil” function.
    • Set the amount of cleaning fluid to match the new oil display volume.
    • Without starting the engine, select start to confirm.
    • The cleaning fluid in the new oil tank will be automatically added to the transmission.
  2. Select the “Cycle Cleaning” function, set the cleaning time, and then select start to confirm the cleaning of the transmission and begin the countdown. Cleaning can also be stopped by pressing the stop button.

Important Tips

  • To achieve the best cleaning results, the cleaning time should be set to more than 20 minutes.
  • During the Cycle Cleaning process, the engine should be running, and different gears should be switched during the cleaning process, depending on the situation. Stay in each gear for approximately one minute. When working in a high-speed gear, press the accelerator to reach a speed of 60 kilometers/hour or more to change the high-speed gear con-trol oil route of the automatic transmission fluid.

Equal exchange of old and new oil

  • Add transmission fluid into the oil filler port of the equipment.
  • Select the “Equal Exchange” function and set the amount of fluid to be exchanged.
  • Start the vehicle’s engine, then select start to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface will dynamically display relevant parameters in real-time.

Important Tips

  • Make sure that the oil hoses are properly connected.
  • The set oil exchange volume must not be larger than the amount of oil in the new oil tank; otherwise, the machine will not operate.
  • During operating, set the oil replacement amount to be about 2L more than the automatic transmission’s rated oil volume. This ensures that the automatic transmission oil is thoroughly replaced, especially if cleaning fluid has been added to the transmission before. It can minimize the residual cleaning fluid’s damage to the seals.
  • During the replacement process, switch between different gears as needed, staying in each gear for about a minute. When working in a high-speed gear, press the accelerator to reach a speed of 60 kilometers per hour or more to change the high-speed gear control oil route of the automatic transmission fluid.
  • Do not add new transmission fluid to the tank midway through this function’s operation, as this will result in unequal amounts! If new fluid does need to be added, wait until this function has finished running.

Adding new oil

When the vehicle’s automatic transmission fluid level is insufficient, and a certain amount of new oil needs to be added to the rated value, you can run this function.

  • Select the “Add New Oil” function and set the amount to be added.
  • Select start to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface dynamically displays relevant parameters in real-time.

Important Tips

  • The set amount to be added must not be larger than the amount of oil in the new oil tank; otherwise, the machine will not operate.
  • Do not start the engine.

Recycling used oil

When you need to recycle the used oil from the vehicle’s automatic transmission back into the equipment, you can run this function.

  • Select the “Recycle Used Oil” function and set the amount to be recycled.
  • Start the vehicle’s engine, select start to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface dynamically displays relevant parameters in real-time.

Drain new oil

  • Select the “Drain New Oil” function, at which point the equipment’s oil hoses must not be connected to the vehicle.
  • Select start to confirm and begin the exchange. The oil from the new oil tank will be drained into the old oil tank.

Draining used oil

  • Open the equipment’s back door, loosen the fixed strap on the old oil tank, remove all hoses from inside the old oil tank, and remove the old oil tank from inside the equipment. Drain the old oil.
  • After draining, properly place the empty old oil tank on the weighing pan, insert the hoses, and secure them with straps.
