System Reset
Open the cover of the battery. Then hold the “Reset” button as shown in the image for 5s. After that, press “000#” on the touchpad to complete the system reset.
Tip: How to open the key cover?
- Push the edge on the top of the circular plate in for it to pop out. If to difficult, then use the plastic suction to pull it out as shown in the image above.
Installation
Confirm which direction the door opens.

Operation
Registration
The Auslock App (IOS version) can be downloaded from the app store, and the Android version can be downloaded from the application store of Google play, Yingyongbao,Baidu, Ali, 360, Huawei, and Xiaomi.
AUSLOCK users c an register the account by mobile phone and email which currently supports 200 countries and regions around the world. The verification code will be sent to the users mobile phone or email, and the registration will be successful after the verification.
Connect the lock to the phone
- Please scan the QR code to download the app
- You can also download the Auslock App in the App s tore or Google Play
- Register a new account using your phone number/email or login with an existing account.
- Touch the locks screen to light up the buttons then on the App click ” + Add Lock”.
- Once the lock appears nearby on the phone screen click “+”
- Re-name the lock to what you want.
- The lock is added successfully.
How t o add a smart lock to the Auslock App?
Auslock supports multiple types of Smart locks. To add an Auslock smart lock you must first select the large ‘+’ sign as shown on image 1 below. Please select ‘Door Lock’ as shown on image 2. After that the lock should show on screen as shown on image 3. Pleas e select the ‘+’ sign. Lastly, name the lock and then select ‘ok’ as shown on image 4.
User Management
Bluetooth management
Make sure there is no problem with Bluetooth communication. After connecting the phone to the door lock as above, Click “icon to unlock. Please refer to the below image ‘2 – l’ to see example.
Setting Passcode
Passcodes are also a way to unlock. After entering the passcode on the locked keyboard, press the unlock image 2 -1. You can then select any of the options, which are the following: Permanent, Timed, One-time,Custom or Recurring as shown on image ‘2 – 2’. Please refer to the below description for further detail regarding each Passcode option.
- Permanent: The Permanent feature generates a random 6-digit Passcode that can be used an unlimited number of times and will always remain valid until deleted by the admin and/or the one that generated it.
- Timed: The Timed feature generates a random 6-digit Passcode for period of time set by the user. During the period of time that the Passcode is valid it can be used an unlimited amount of times. Once the time reaches its end then the Passcode will no longer be valid and will self delete.
- One-time: The One-time feature generates a random 6-digit Passcode that remains valid at all times unless deleted by the user. It only works one time and then once used it will self delete therefore no longer being valid.
- Custom: The custom feature is our most flexible Passcode setup option. It allows you to set up your own Passcode with digits between 4 – 8 then giving the option of having it timed to work within a certain period of time or to remain permanent allowing it to be valid for as long as the user wants.
- Recurring: The Recurring option allows the user to generate a 6-digit random Passcode that works on and off in according to the set time. For example, you can generate a random Passcode 123456# that will work every Friday 10:am – 5pm and will remain invalid in all other times and days.
Send e e-Key
The Auslock app allows you to send E-Keys ‘ SEND KEY ‘ to other users who also have an Auslock account. The E – Key allows the receiver to unlock/lock the smart lock via the app by tapping the ‘ ‘ icon as shown on image ‘2 – 3’. The E – Key is sent using the receiver’s mobile number or email that the receiver used to set up their account. The E – Key has a variety of options such as Timed, Permanent, One-time, and Recurring as shown below on image ‘2 – 4’.
Add a RFID card
RFID cards are another smart feature to access your home. You simply select the as shown in the image next to this text. Upon selecting
you will have the option to set up one the of the following:
- Permanent: Which sets a user up T11B permanently and will work at all times unless erased from using.
- Timed: This feature allows the user to operate the RFID cards for a set period of time.
- Recurring: This feature will validate the RFID card to a set reoccurring time and day. Once you select the option that you want you then simply tap the card on the face of the lock to activate
Add fingerprint
To add a fingerprint to the lock, you will need to first go on the main feature page of the lock and select the ‘ ‘ icon as shown on the image next to this text. You will have the following options to choose from:
- Permanent, which allows you to set up a fingerprint that is valid always unless deleted by the authorized user.
- Timed which allows you to set up a fingerprint that is only valid between a set time. Once selecting between permanent or timed you will be asked in place your finger 4 times on the fingerprint reader to set up and complete the registration.
e-Key management
E-key is a smart feature that allows you to send unlock/lock access to another user via the app only. You can manage all of the E-Key users by selecting the ‘ ‘ icon.
Passcode management
You can manage your Pass codes via the ‘Passcodes’ icon. To see the records of any user, you simply select the user in the Passcode page. You will be taken to the ‘Passcode Info’ page in which you will find an option called ‘Records’ last above ‘Delete’. (A gateway bridge is required to receive this information in real time).
Unlock records
To view the unlock records you will need to tap the ‘ ‘ icon on the main page as shown below. The Records page allows you to see who unlocked the smart lock at what time and day. It will also allow you to see what smart feature was used to unlock the smart lock.
Gateway management(Optional)
The Auslock smart lock uses Bluetooth to connect to the app. In order to operate the lock remotely using Internet you will need a Gateway. The gateway is a bridge that connects smart locks and the home WIFI network. The Gateway Bluetooth connects to the WI-FI router and to the smart lock (please ensure that the gateway is within 15m of open space to the router and the smart lock). The Gateway allows you to operate the lock remotely when not within Bluetooth range such as Passcodes, Unlock/lock, records checking etc.

Privacy Mode
You can turn Privacy mode on by pressing the button from the inside located on the bottom of the lock as shown in the image beside this text. When privacy mode is turned on, all of the smart features are deactivated, and the only one with access is the authorized admin using only the unlock/lock feature via the app and the admin password. To turn privacy mode off, you have to go on the settings on the Deadbolt main page. On the settings page, select ‘Privacy Lock’ then ‘Turn Off. ‘

How to check who and when the smart lock was used ?

Why can’t I unlock my smart lock after turning on Passage Mode?
The passage until you first unlock the smart lock using any of the registered smart features.
What is the purpose of Auto Lock and how do I activate it?
The auto-lock feature allows the smart lock to lock automatically after a certain amount of time set by the user. To turn auto lock you will need to go to the setting on the on smart lock you will find it there.
After installation, why is the touch screen not working or turning on?
*Please ensure that 4 AA batteries have been inserted correctly. *Remove the back panel and see if it's connected. *Please ensure that the cable is not kinked. If the cable is kinked then to ensure that it does not happen please make sure that the hole for the cable is large enough in according to the template.
Why is my Fingerprint not working?
*Please ensure that your fingerprint is clean and dry. *Test the Fingerprint to see if you get any response. If no response then check to see if the cable is not kinked.
Why does my smart lock drain the batteries very quickly?
*Try a System reset then change the batteries to new ones. *Faulty PCB Board
After installing the lock it works backwards meaning that when unlocking it locks and when locking it unlocks?
The opening direction has been set up incorrectly. Please refer to page 4 to see how to set up the direction correctly.
How many incorrect access does it take for the alarm of the smart lock to activate?
If you incorrectly input any smart feature to unlock the smart lock 5 times in a row then the alarm will activate from the lock for a time.
