Please read all instructions before installation.

1. Disconnect both negative (-) battery terminals.
2. Remove the intake manifold by removing the four bolts that connect it to the engine head. Remove the single bolt (#3) that holds down the oil dipstick tube.
   
3. Pull the intake manifold toward the driver’s side of the vehicle to gain access to the heater grid.
4. Disconnect the power and ground cables from the heater grid and disconnect the opposite end of the harness from the solenoids. Be sure to secure harness away from power connections and moving parts.

5. Remove the heater grid block. Replace the block with the ATS intake spacer in the same location. Position the ATS intake spacer so the logo faces the driver’s side of the vehicle. The relief in the side of the block must face the front of the vehicle to provide clearance for the #1 injector line. Replace both gaskets using the two gaskets included.
6. Reinstall the four bolts to secure the manifold to the cylinder head through the intake spacer.
7. Reattach the dipstick tube using the single factory bolt or the hardware provided with the Arc-Flow intake. Reconnect the battery terminals.
