Installation
NOTE: Use the Velcro to secure the door sensor to the inside of the rack door and run the wire to the device which will monitor the enclosure. Make sure the sensor and wire do not interfere with the door’s ability to close completely.
- Identify whether you are using the EA1440 Photo Door Sensor or the EA1441 Inductive Proximity Door Sensor.
- Secure the sensor to the inside of the rack door using the Velcro strap.
- Run the wire from the sensor to the device that will monitor the enclosure.
- Ensure that the sensor and wire do not obstruct the door from closing properly.
