Product Usage Instructions
WiFi Module Installation:
- Locate the WiFi Module slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the WiFi Module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the WiFi Module to the motherboard.
M.2 SSD Installation:
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the M.2 SSD into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 SSD to the motherboard.
2.5-inch Hard Drive Installation:
- Remove the bottom panel of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series.
- Attach the HDD assembly to the bottom case and secure it using screws.
- Connect the SATA Data and Power Cable to the HDD and motherboard.
- Reinstall the bottom panel.
VESA Bracket Installation:
- Attach the two screws to the base of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series.
- Mount the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series by sliding it into place.
Din Rail Mounting Bracket Installation:
Note: Din Rail Bracket is not provided by default. Please purchase it separately if needed.
Memory Module Installation (DDR4 SO-DIMM):
- Carefully insert the SO-DIMM memory module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Push down until the module snaps into place.
Wall Mounting Brackets Installation:
Note: Dimension of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series with Wall Mounting Brackets Installed.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
A. WiFi Module: How to Install the WiFi Module
- Locate the WiFi Module slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the WiFi Module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the WiFi Module to the motherboard.
B. M.2 SSD: How to Install the M.2 SSD
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the M.2 SSD into the the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 SSD to the motherboard.
C. 2.5-inch Hard Drive: How to Install the Hard Drive
- 1. Remove the four screws on the bottom case.
Then lift up and remove the bottom panel. - Ensure the HDD assembly to attach to the bottom case in the correct orientation as shown in the picture, and secure it using the four screws.Then connect the SATA Data and Power Cable to the HDD.
- Connect the SATA Cable to the connector on the motherboard.
- Then reinstall the bottom case.
*For iBOX ADL-N R2 Series, it is not recommended to install 2.5” HDD. If you install the 2.5” HDD, please keep the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series in a vertical position to ensure better cooling performance.
D. SO-DIMM Slot: How to Install the Memory Module (DDR4 Low Voltage (1.2V))
- Carefully insert the SO-DIMM memory module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Push down until the module snaps into place.
Note:
The iBOX ADL-N R2 Series requires DDR4 SO-DIMM (1.2V).
How to Install the Wall Mounting Brackets
- Remove the four rubber feet on the base of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series.
- Attach the wall mounting brackets to the base of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series and secure them with screws.

How to Install the VESA Bracket
- Attach the two screws to the base of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series.
Note:
VESA bracket is not provided by default.
Please purchase it seperately if needed. - Attach the VESA Bracket to the rear of a compatible display using the four screws.
*Choose mounting holes depending on the mounting hole pattern of your LCD screen (75 mm × 75 mm or 100 mm × 100 mm). - Mount the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series by sliding it into place.
How to Install the Din Rail Mounting Bracket
Attach the Din Rail Bracket to the base of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series and secure it with screws.
Note:
Din Rail Bracket is not provided by default.
Please purchase it seperately if needed.

Positions of the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series
The iBOX ADL-N R2 Series can be placed in vertical or horizontal position.
Please note that keeping the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series in a vertical position will ensure better cooling performance.

Q: Can I install a 2.5-inch HDD in the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series?
A: It is not recommended to install a 2.5-inch HDD in the iBOX ADL-N R2 Series. If you choose to install one, please keep the system in a vertical position for better cooling performance.
