Download the Meraw Health App
Download the Meraw Health App and set up a Bluetooth connection.
- The monitor needs to be at OFF status before connection;
- Open the Meraw Health App, and make sure you have authorized Bluetooth and location permission for the App (important!)
- Long press the Bluetooth button on the monitor until the “Bluetooth” symbol blinks on the screen(don’t press the “start/stop” button);
- Follow the instructions in the App, “Add device” – ”Meraw Aspen” – “Start connection”;
- The pairing will complete automatically.
Prepare to measure
- Put on a blood pressure monitor and secure the cuff.
- Press start/stop, then adjust the vertical position.
- When the wrist is in an ideal position, the symbol
flashes.
Take Measurement
Sit correctly and take measurement
- Keep palm relaxed during the measurement
- Sit in a chair with your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor.
- Sit with your back and arm supported.
