Safety Information

• Always unplug the aquarium from the power outlet before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when placing hands in the water.

Setup Instructions

The Vehipa Smart Aquarium is designed for easy setup with most components integrated. Follow these steps to prepare your aquarium:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
2. Place Aquarium: Position the aquarium on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight when filled with water.
3. Install Filter Pump: Assemble the 4-in-1 filter pump according to the diagram. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Add Substrate and Decorations: Rinse filter stones and decorative plants thoroughly before placing them in the tank.
5. Fill with Water: Slowly fill the aquarium with dechlorinated water. Ensure the pump is fully submerged before plugging it in.
6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Important Tip: To ensure proper operation of the pump, please ensure it is fully submerged in water before plugging it in. Refer to the video tutorial for first-time use if available.

Operating Instructions

Automatic Feeding Function

The aquarium features an automated timed feeding system. To operate:

• Manual Feed: Double-click the feeding button to dispense food once.
• Timed Feeding Mode: Press and hold the feeding button to enter timed feeding mode. After long-pressing, single-click the feeding button to adjust the automatic feeding duration from 1 to 48 hours.

7-Color Adjustable LED Lighting

Customize your aquarium's ambiance with 7 adjustable LED lighting colors and timer functions:

• Switch Colors: Click the light button to cycle through White, Green, Red, Purple, Lake Blue, Navy Blue, Yellow.
• Automatic Light Cycling: L8-L10 modes offer automatic light cycling with 1s Interval, 1.5s Interval, and 3s Interval options.
• Set Timer: Press and hold the light button for 3 seconds to configure the timer (0H/8H/12H/16H).

Smart Humidification Design

The built-in humidifier offers three adjustable modes:

• Switch Modes: Press the humidification button to switch between F0 (No Spray), F1 (Continuous Spray), F2 (1s Interval Spray), and F3 (2s Interval Spray).
• Set Timer: Press and hold the humidification button for 3 seconds to set the humidification timer (1 Hour/2 Hours/3 Hours/4 Hours/5 Hours).
• Aromatherapy: An independent aromatherapy built-in box allows for adding appropriate amounts of aromatherapy (not included) to enhance the atmosphere.

4-in-1 Quiet & Efficient Circulation System

The integrated 4-in-1 pump provides filtration, oxygenation, and water circulation:

• Rainfall Filtration Outlet: Provides effective water filtration.
• Oxygen Outlet: Ensures sufficient oxygen for fish.
• Absorb Bottom Impurities: Helps keep the substrate clean.
• Adjust Oxygen Flow Rate: Allows customization of oxygen delivery.
• 3-Speed Operation: Click the Pump Button to switch between P1, P2, P3 operating efficiency levels. Press and hold to turn off the pump (P0).

Temperature Display and Unit Conversion

The aquarium features a digital display for temperature and other settings.

• Display: Shows current temperature, humidification mode, LED light setting, water pump setting, and auto feeder status.
• Fahrenheit/Celsius Switch: Press and hold the Humidify button and the Light button simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for a healthy aquarium environment:

• Water Changes: Perform partial water changes (25-30%) weekly or bi-weekly, depending on fish load and water quality.
• Filter Cleaning/Replacement: Rinse reusable filter pads with old aquarium water during water changes. Replace filter media as needed (typically every 2-4 weeks for chemical media, less frequently for mechanical/biological media).
• Tank Cleaning: Wipe down the inside glass with an aquarium-safe cleaner or magnet cleaner to remove algae. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
• Pump Maintenance: Periodically disassemble and clean the pump impeller and housing to ensure optimal performance and prevent blockages.
• Lid Design: The suspended lid design ensures air circulation. Keep the lid clear of obstructions to facilitate gas exchange.
