Setup

Your watch has four buttons for operation:

• MODE: Cycles through display modes (Time, Stopwatch, Alarm).
• LIGHT: Activates the EL backlight.
• ST/STOP: Starts/stops stopwatch, adjusts settings.
• RESET: Resets stopwatch, adjusts settings.

Setting Time and Date

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds will flash.
2. Press the RESET button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of Week.
3. Use the ST/STOP button to adjust the flashing value.
4. Press the MODE button once to exit setting mode and return to normal time display.

Setting 12/24 Hour Format

In time setting mode (seconds flashing), press the ST/STOP button when the hour is flashing to toggle between 12-hour (A/P indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Adjusting the Strap

The soft rubber strap is adjustable to fit various wrist sizes. Use the tang buckle to secure the watch comfortably on your wrist. Ensure it is snug but not too tight to allow for proper circulation.

Operating Instructions

Using the Stopwatch

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show '00:00:00'.
2. Press the ST/STOP button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the ST/STOP button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to '00:00:00'.
5. To exit stopwatch mode, press the MODE button.

Setting the Alarm

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
2. Press the ST/STOP button to adjust the hour.
3. Press the RESET button to switch to minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
4. Press the ST/STOP button to adjust the minute.
5. Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in normal time display, press and hold RESET and then press ST/STOP. An alarm icon will appear/disappear.

Using the EL Backlight

Press the LIGHT button at any time to illuminate the display for a few seconds, allowing for clear visibility in low-light conditions.

Water Resistance (5ATM / 50M)

This watch is rated 5ATM (50 meters) waterproof. This means it is suitable for swimming in shallow water and cold showers. It is resistant to sweat and rain. However, it is not suitable for diving, snorkeling, or prolonged underwater activities. Avoid exposure to hot water, steam, or pressing buttons underwater, as this can compromise the water resistance seal.
