2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

  • Ensure all components are securely fastened according to the assembly instructions. Loose parts can cause instability.
  • Do not assemble in high winds or adverse weather conditions.
  • Verify the structural integrity of your exterior wall and foundation before mounting the sunroom. Consult a professional if unsure.
  • Regularly inspect the sunroom for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
  • Clear heavy snow accumulation from the roof promptly to prevent structural overload. The sunroom is designed to support up to 22 PSF snow load.
  • Do not hang heavy objects from the frame or roof.
  • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area during installation.

3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, unpack all components and verify against the parts list provided in your separate assembly guide. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged. Key components include:

5. Operation

5.1 Sliding Doors

The sunroom features triple sliding doors for convenient access and ventilation. To open, gently slide the door panels along the double-layer rail system. To close, ensure the magnetic closures engage fully to secure the doors.

5.2 Removable Panels and Mesh Screens

Easily switch between the PC panels and 95 GSM mesh screens to adapt to different weather conditions and ventilation needs. PC panels offer weather protection and UV resistance (UPF 100), while mesh screens provide enhanced airflow and insect protection. Refer to your assembly guide for specific instructions on panel removal and insertion.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the aluminum frame, PC panels, and mesh screens with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the materials. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Inspect the roof for any debris that might obstruct the drainage system.
  • Snow Removal: In areas with heavy snowfall, promptly remove accumulated snow from the roof to prevent excessive load on the structure.
  • Drainage System: Ensure the integrated gutter and downspouts are clear of leaves and debris to maintain efficient water runoff.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Water pooling on roof Obstructed drainage system (gutters/downspouts) Clear debris from gutters and downspouts. Ensure proper slope during assembly.
Doors not sliding smoothly Debris in tracks; misaligned doors; worn rollers Clean tracks thoroughly. Check door alignment and adjust if necessary. Inspect rollers for damage.
Sunroom feels unstable Loose connections; improper wall mounting or ground anchoring Tighten all bolts and screws. Re-verify wall mounting and ground anchoring according to instructions.
Panels/Mesh difficult to switch Debris in panel tracks; panels not aligned correctly Clean tracks. Ensure panels are inserted and aligned properly.
