- Avoid Heat and Moisture: Do not place hot items directly on the tabletop without a protective coaster. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive moisture.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically (every 3-6 months), check all screws and bolts and retighten them if necessary to ensure the table remains stable.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your conference table, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Table is Wobbly:
- Ensure the table is on a flat, level surface.
- Check all leg frame connections and support beam fasteners. Tighten any loose screws or bolts.
- Adjust the leveling feet (if present) on the bottom of the legs to compensate for uneven floors.
- Built-in Power Outlet Not Working:
- Verify that the power cord from the module is securely plugged into a functioning wall outlet.
- Check the circuit breaker for the wall outlet.
- Ensure the power module itself is properly seated and connected within the table.
- Test the outlet with a different device to rule out device malfunction.
- Scratches or Dents on Tabletop:
- While the tabletop is scratch-resistant, it is not scratch-proof. Minor scratches may be buffed out with appropriate wood furniture polish (test in an inconspicuous area first).
- For deeper damage, professional repair may be required.
If these solutions do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support.
