6. Operating Instructions

6.1. MotionSense Wave Hands-Free Activation

The MotionSense Wave feature allows for hands-free operation. Simply wave your hand over the sensor located on the front of the faucet to turn the water on or off. The water will flow for a set period or until you wave your hand again.

6.2. Manual Handle Operation

You can also operate the faucet manually using the single handle. Lift the handle to turn on the water and adjust the temperature by moving it left for hot and right for cold. The handle overrides the MotionSense Wave sensor when in use.

6.3. Pull-Down Spray Head with Power Boost and Reflex™

The pull-down spray head offers increased maneuverability for various kitchen tasks. It features:

  • Power Boost: Press the Power Boost button on the spray head for a concentrated stream, providing 50% more spray power than standard Moen pull-down faucets for faster cleaning and filling.
  • Reflex™ System: This technology ensures smooth operation, easy movement, and secure docking of the spray head back into the faucet spout after use.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Cleaning the Faucet

To maintain the Mediterranean Bronze finish, clean the faucet regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or polishes, as these can damage the finish and void your warranty.

7.2. Battery Replacement

When the batteries are low, the MotionSense Wave sensor may become less responsive or stop working. Replace all 6 AA batteries in the control box simultaneously. Use only new, high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Ensure correct polarity when inserting new batteries.

7.3. Aerator Cleaning

If water flow decreases, the aerator may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator from the end of the spout, clean any debris, and rinse thoroughly before reattaching.
