Setup Instructions

Connecting to PlayStation 5 (PS5)

1. Navigate to your PS5 system settings.

Connecting to PC (Windows)

The Dinosoo controller supports both USB wireless connection via the 2.4G adapter and Bluetooth connection for Windows PCs.

2.4G Wireless Connection (Recommended for PC)

1. Insert the 2.4G USB adapter into an available USB port on your PC.
2. On the controller, press and hold the Share button and the Home (PS) button simultaneously until the indicator light on the controller becomes solid. The PC should recognize the controller as a wireless gamepad.

Bluetooth Connection (PC, iOS, Android)

1. Ensure the controller is powered off.
2. To enter pairing mode for general Bluetooth (X-input), press and hold the Home (PS) button and the Share button simultaneously until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
3. To enter pairing mode for Nintendo Switch compatibility, press and hold the Home (PS) button and the Options button simultaneously until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
4. On your PC, iOS, or Android device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices. Select "Wireless Controller" or a similar name to pair.
5. For Windows, it is sometimes beneficial to connect the controller via USB cable first, then disconnect the cable and attempt Bluetooth pairing.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press the Home (PS) button once. The controller will attempt to connect to the last paired device.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Home (PS) button for approximately 10 seconds until the indicator lights turn off. The controller will also power off automatically after a period of inactivity.

Charging the Controller

Connect the controller to a USB power source (e.g., console, PC, USB wall adapter) using a USB-C cable. The indicator light will typically show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged. The controller features an 800mAh battery.

Adjusting RGB Lights

The controller's RGB lights can be cycled through different colors or turned off. Refer to the specific button combination or dedicated button (if present) on your controller for light adjustment. Turning off the lights can help conserve battery life.

Programming Back Buttons (PR/PL)

1. Press the SET button located on the back of the controller. The indicator light will flash.
2. Press either the PR or PL back button you wish to program.
3. Press the standard button (e.g., X, O, Triangle, Square, R1, L1, R2, L2, L3, R3, D-pad directions) that you want to map to the chosen back button.
