5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No Display After Connecting the Glasses
If no image appears, the connected device may not be sending video to the glasses.
- Confirm that the source device supports USB-C video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
- Make sure the USB-C cable is fully connected at both ends.
- Check whether the selected USB-C port supports display output. Some USB-C ports are for charging or data transfer only.
- If using an accessory (e.g., Mobile Dock), ensure it is compatible and correctly connected.

5.2 Screen Not Fixed in Space on Every Device
Screen behavior may vary depending on the connected device, supported software, software version, and connection method. In standard display use, the screen typically moves together with your view.
- On supported platforms and software versions, the SpaceWalker app may provide IMU-based 3DoF (3 Degrees of Freedom) screen positioning, allowing the screen to remain fixed in space.
- To check the latest supported platforms and download SpaceWalker, visit the VITURE website.

5.3 2D Content Conversion to 3D
Not every movie, game, or app is converted into 3D automatically.
- VITURE Pro 2 can display compatible SBS (Side-by-Side) and other 3D content through its 2D/3D display mode.
- AI-powered real-time 2D-to-3D conversion is available through supported VITURE software, including Immersive 3D on Windows and Mac, and Immersive 3D in the SpaceWalker app on supported mobile platforms.
- If the image appears split, duplicated, or misaligned in 3D mode when viewing regular 2D content, switch the glasses back to 2D mode by pressing and holding the L1 button for three seconds.
- Availability may vary depending on the connected device, operating system, application, software version, and content format.

5.4 Myopia Adjustment and Prescription Lenses
VITURE Pro 2 provides independent myopia adjustment for each eye from 0.00D to -5.00D.
- The built-in adjustment is primarily intended for nearsightedness within this range.
- For astigmatism, prescriptions outside the adjustment range, or other vision-correction needs, a compatible prescription lens frame is sold separately.
- After purchasing a frame specifically marked as compatible with VITURE Pro 2, take it together with a current copy of your prescription to a local optician or eye care provider for custom lens fitting.

5.5 Compatibility and Additional Accessories
VITURE Pro 2 is designed to display content from a compatible source device.
- For a direct USB-C connection, the source device needs to support USB-C video output / DisplayPort Alt Mode.
- Accessory requirements depend on the connected device and intended use. Many compatible phones, tablets, laptops, and handheld gaming devices may connect directly when they support USB-C video output.
- Certain gaming consoles (e.g., Nintendo Switch), HDMI devices, older phones, and non-USB-C setups may need a compatible VITURE accessory (e.g., Mobile Dock, Neckband).
- Please check the compatibility page on the VITURE website for the recommended setup before purchasing accessories.

5.6 Blurry Edges or Image Position Issues
Image position and clarity may be affected by the physical fit of the glasses.
- Try adjusting the nose pad height and temple position before fine-tuning the myopia setting for each eye.
- VITURE Pro 2 includes three nose pad sizes with seven available height positions, along with three temple adjustment positions.
- Adjusting one setting at a time may help you find a clearer and more comfortable viewing position.
5.7 Electrochromic Lens Dimming
VITURE Pro 2 does not include electrochromic lens dimming. For brighter environments, a compatible lens shade is included with the glasses to help reduce ambient light. The display also offers nine brightness levels for different viewing conditions.
