Setup
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your food processor:
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
- Position the 10.5-cup Tritan bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the front. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place.
- Carefully place the desired blade or disc onto the center shaft within the bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the lid tab with the handle. Rotate clockwise until the lid safety lock latch engages.
- Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.

Safety Lock System
The food processor is equipped with a secure lock system to ensure safe operation. The motor will only start when both the lid's safety lock latch and the bowl's locking latch are correctly fastened. You should hear two distinct clicks when both are engaged.

Speed Control
