7. Drainage Options

Your dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal:

A. Manual Drainage (Water Tank)

When the 4.5L water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and an indicator light will illuminate. To empty the tank:

  1. Gently pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
  2. Carefully carry the tank to a sink or drain.
  3. Pour out the collected water.
  4. Replace the empty water tank firmly back into the unit until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.

B. Continuous Drainage (Drain Hose)

For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, use the included drain hose.

  1. Locate the continuous drain outlet on the rear of the dehumidifier.
  2. Remove the rubber stopper from the drain outlet.
  3. Connect one end of the provided 3.26 ft drain hose to the outlet. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.
  4. Direct the other end of the hose to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, large bucket, sink). Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage.
  5. Once connected, the unit will continuously drain water, bypassing the internal tank.
