3. Setup
3.1 Initial Assembly
Your isinwheel M10 Plus bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
- Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are properly tightened. Verify the brake rotor is correctly seated in the caliper.
- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten with a wrench. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded.
- Seat Post Installation: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust to a comfortable height. Secure it with the quick-release lever or bolt.
- Fender and Headlight Installation: Attach any remaining components such as fenders and the headlight, ensuring they are secure.
3.2 Battery Installation and Charging
The 48V 13Ah lithium battery is designed for easy installation and removal.

- Install Battery: Align the battery with the mounting rails on the bike frame and slide it into place until it clicks securely. Use the key to lock the battery.
- Initial Charge: Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the battery charging port (either on or off the bike) and then plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.
- Charging Time: A full charge typically takes 4-6 hours.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off and LCD Display
To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

The LCD display provides real-time information:
- Battery Bar: Indicates remaining battery charge.
- Current Speed: Displays your current riding speed.
- PAS Level: Shows the current Pedal Assist System level (0-5).
- ODO/TRIP: Toggles between total odometer reading and trip distance.
4.2 Riding Modes
The M10 Plus offers three riding modes:

- Pure Electric Mode: Engage the throttle for motor-only propulsion without pedaling.
- Pedal Assist Mode (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Adjust the PAS level on the LCD display to control the amount of assistance.
- Walk Assist Mode: Provides low-speed motor assistance for walking the bike, useful when pushing it uphill or through crowded areas.
4.3 Gear Shifting
The bike is equipped with a 7-speed transmission system. Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears according to terrain and desired pedaling effort.

- Shift to lower gears for climbing hills or starting from a stop.
- Shift to higher gears for faster speeds on flat terrain.
- Avoid shifting gears while under heavy pedaling load to prevent damage to the drivetrain.
4.4 Braking
The M10 Plus features mechanical disc brakes for effective stopping. The left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake.
- Apply both brakes simultaneously for optimal stopping power and control.
- Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially with the front brake, as this can lead to loss of control.
- Adjust brake lever reach if necessary for comfortable operation.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric bike.
5.1 Battery Care
- Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its health.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not fully discharge the battery frequently.

5.2 Tire Maintenance

- Dry the bike thoroughly after cleaning.
